I visited a waterfall in November when the water levels were good. The entry ticket cost 30 rupees per person, and there was an option for a jeep ride, which cost 500 rupees. The waterfall was located about 2 to 3 kilometers from the starting entry point. The entry timing closed at 4 pm, and visitors were required to return to the base point before 5 pm. However, I noticed that despite the official closing time being 4 pm, some people were allowed entry even after 5 pm

Beautiful waterfalls and families can get entertainment in the water, kid's friendly also.. When you are near kalasa, Horanadu please visit by asking locals about the water flow apart from July to November months. Parking - Free parking available Walking - 500meters from parking to falls, you'll get its water flow before the falls. Later you have to get down around 20 steps down for the waterfalls. Entry fee - ₹30/head. There is no proper route board as locals or google until you get a check post, later you have to follow the local sign board. After checkpost Again you have to move inside and the right downside off road ride around 500meters. Don't go again down after home stay no roads are there. You might see the small space for parking there only. Worth visiting the falls.

A small but beautiful falls. The water was clean but not that deep. Depth is more towards the fall and the guard will let us know that go there only if you know swimming. The place is a little away from the parking point. The person at parking told us that can take our own vehicle if required but its kind of off road, so better to take a jeep. The jeep cost around 500 and would prefer that rather than taking our vehicles. We will be dropped in jeep at a point and then walk for around 1 km, which by the way is a good walk.

I recently visited Soormane Falls, and it's truly a hidden gem! The short trek through the pristine surroundings leads to a beautiful waterfall. The best part? You can take a refreshing bath under the falls. The scenery is breathtaking, and what's great is that you can visit anytime during the day. However, I'd highly recommend going in the evening when the place transforms into a magical oasis. The nominal entrance fee of 100 per person is well worth the experience. Don't miss this serene spot for a perfect escape into nature.

During monsoon, the water flow is heavy and can’t enter into water to enjoy much. But the vibe around the place, trekking experience and all these are amazing. Definitely must visit place when u go to samse. Around 300-400m trekking from that ajja house there. It’s behind his house only. If u want to play in the water, come between October to December.

I recently visited a breathtaking waterfall that left me in awe. The cascading water, surrounded by lush greenery, created a picturesque scene. However, I would recommend visiting in winters to fully enjoy the experience, as the hot sunny climate during my visit made the trek a bit challenging. The cooler temperatures would enhance the overall enjoyment of this natural wonder.

Beautiful water falls which are hidden from most of the populated falls .. it is said that the old man from nearby Hut has developed this falls and now forest department has taken this place .. he suffers financial so help him or at least pay him a visit while going there

Beautiful place.. you can go right under the waterfall.. It's in a private property and it's about 4-5 km from Kalasa Main Road with a small portion of bumpy road.. I went with the incredible Karnataka team and they had organised it well. Be careful while walking to the falls as there are leaches there.. no leaches in the water only in the path to the falls..

We have to travel by jeep to get there where they charged around 500-600 per jeep.Dont take shortcut they will say to give 150 to go through because it's their property. About the falls, its a small falls....when u go under it u will feel the intensity of the water falling into ur body.Good place to chill for family and friends.

Decent falls with deep enough clean water to swim in. Huge groups of people can visit. The path is accessible only through Jeeps and good SUVs, smaller cars will struggle a bit up the roads. There is a room for changing clothes.

It's a small falls with almost waist level water. There is a bit of off-road travel to reach this place and a 5 min walk towards the fall. There is also another route of which I have no idea about as we went with the Jeep provided by Bynekaadu resort.

You'll have to pay a nominal entry fee at the checkpost. From the checkpost there are two roads leading to Soormane falls. The Google maps route ends at the lovely ajja's home. You have to walk around 200mtrs from there to reach the falls. The other road is the one marked by signs on the way. I think you probably have to trek a little through this route. At the falls, the water is not very deep, so you can get down to the falls and enjoy. Beware of leeches if going during monsoon. You can try to reach early if you want to avoid crowds.
