I couldn't find the Radiologists behavior humane. He seemed a machine only. I am not satisfied with the result and planning to get it done from some other centre soon

I was in a hurry health issue when I have been recommended to Shankers lab alleppey on 14,03,23 and i got an offer for 3 days to get the results.On 16,03,23 noon,I got 2 results naturally and I was waiting for the last one with my imbalanced health.physical condition was bit bad,then I call the lab.SHAMEENA who attended my call on reception was much more polite and friendly.I don't know how she recognized my situation,and offer me to wait till evening six.But @ 5.20 I got a call from SHAMEENA,she was happy with words says I have send the result to your mail.I am happy with tears.... I'm really pleased with the experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain the test results in detail. The lab was clean and well organized, and the equipment was up to date and in good condition. The prices were very reasonable and the test results were accurate. Very glad I opted to get a wellness checkup from Sankar's. I was surprised that they even did ECG in the comfort of my own home. The home collection staff Mrs. Sandhya was such a delightful person who made the whole process very comfortable. The results were also emailed in a few hours by the team. They displayed the every essence of customer service without a single rude comment or bad attitude which is hard to expect these days. Very impressed!
