The most important thing about the Hotel is the swimming pool it was. It was very good. No other Hotel had such a nice swimming pool 🏊 and the beach was amazing too but I don’t know if it’s worth going out there because of the railway station a lot of noise comes that is why I put the location only three stars Space Rest everything else was four stars and the end the full rating I give is five stars. Exceptional service by staff. Pristine rooms and property with mesmerizing views of the Arabian Sea and lighthouse. Highly recommend if someone wishes to stay at a 5 minutes distance from Alleppey beach. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes including a sumptuous breakfast buffet. Front desk staff were very helpful for local sightseeing and shopping tips. Had a wonderful stay!

Seeking a decent breakfast and a well-appointed restroom on a morning when all the good restaurants were closed, I recently ventured to this establishment. Though initially skeptical of the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible morning buffet, which was a mere Rs. 275 per person. The restrooms are impeccably maintained, the staff is courteous, the food is delicious, and there is ample parking. It is a truly worthwhile experience.

We stayed here with family. The sea view is amazing. The staff are very courteous and makes you feel at home. The property is well maintained and they care for each of the details. Elegant rooms and interiors give a pleasant feel. The best treat is the restaurant here. They serve some amazing food including fresh catch from the sea. Food is very tasty and light on the stomach. The menu provides enough choice to cater to the varying taste of family and kids. They offer all these at a very reasonable price while enjoying the star experience . The restaurant at the Regency was lovely. After eating South Indian food for over a week; it was quite refreshing to have a taste of something western. We ordered the veg pizza and veg pasta - which surprisingly tasted somewhat authentic. Thank you to the courteous team who did their very best to communicate with us and answer all of our questions. Overall, I would recommend this place 🙏

Anytime we had a request, it was quickly provided with a smile. Great service at this hotel. Would also recommend for female travellers as the staff always ensures safety and comfort. Easy and smooth check in process, welcome drink (grape juice), friendly staff, spacious room, complementary water and tea, slippers & bathrobe (asked for them), fluffy towels, lots of toiletries, etc. I had a problem at my room, but the reception quickly addressed the issue. I was moved to another room and enjoyed the rest of my stay. Hotel has a swimming pool, gym, spa, coffee shop and the excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner. (The breakfast buffet is so-so) The staff is friendly and accommodating. Good place to stay for one or two nights.

I have stayed here for 2 day in last week. Fantastic location near beach. Rooms are spacious and ambiance was particularly pleasing. Courteous and eager to help staff and excellent dining, house keeping  and room service. Worth more than we pay.

Good restaurants to have a family outing, specially when there are lot of options cuisines wise! Friendly staff and welcoming ambience. Good menu which has almost 20 pages for us to select from and some of the highlight dishes of the restaurant are captured as pictures on to the menu. We had Butter chicken as one of our dinner choice but the picture shown in Menu was not so similar to what was served! Apart from this all good and recommended.

We had lunch at the restaurant and it was very pleasant. We had a veggie noodle soup to start followed by a vegetable curry. I would highly recommend to dine here. The staff were really friendly and the helpful. The restaurant is so clean with AC.

fantastic hotel and i will count them one among the best ever i stayed with my family. The high light is the roof top pool well maintained with a sea view. We took a suite and its good. The only problem i would say is with the pillows...they are too hard and big. May be breakfast can be improved to include some more live counters or continental food.

I was looking for some good food in alleppey and came across this restaurant. Considering the other options available and after trying their food, I find this place had better options and food was just amazing. The food menu is quite welcoming for all visitors coming from different region. Please give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

The hotel is really beautiful, comfortable , and peaceful environment. Staff members are very helpful and always cheerful. Swimming pool location @ terrace is fantastic. Breakfast is super sad. Lunch and dinner - food quality is good. If you are a heavy breakfast person- you are better go for a la carte. Property is nice and new. More of a business setup. If you are a tourist and planning to spend time at hotel - amenities are less. Apart from the Pool that’s USP as it’s a roof top with sea view, though small, nothing else to do at hotel. Location is both good and bad. Good - Walkable from beach (rough beach though, so you can’t do much). Bad - right beside railway crossing, so if you are lucky you will spend 10 minutes waiting for train to pass.

Had a candle light dinner. It was really amazing experience and worth every penny. Too delicious food and amazing service. Too humble and polite staff, too cooperative and really friendly. Amazing location and great ambience. Everything is taken care of. Just come and enjoy the dinner with your partner.
