Beautiful view,empty beach it was like a private beach,clean rooms and very hospitable staff, it gives you a proper beach vacation vibe.totally recommended

Probably the one of the best beach stayhouses in allepey with room overlooking the beach and calm sea waves crashing noises keeping you at peace. Good air conditioning and extremely good wifi. The host were very welcoming and helpful in arranging everything from food to backwater Shikara rides. Also wide range of cuisines available for breakfast. Definitely book the villa room facing the beach and try their kerala special sea food dinner.

It's really a gem place to stay for beach lovers and their service too good Mr.Vishnu the manager goes too far to make you happy at the place and in Alleppey. Owner Mr.Subin was also really good. Will surely recommend to others.

Lovely place which i never visited with this budget price. Great Hospitality from Ananthu, who is helping a lot for all kind of support for arranging facilities and the property owner of Subin. Great view of Beach infront of door and window. Only 1 minute of walk to reach Beach ⛱️ from the Room.

It was really great experience, direct access to the beach. There are only 2 rooms in the property so people coming in group/family can book both the rooms and enjoy the privacy. Owner Subin and care taker are really helping and supportive. Go for it.

The caretaker was incredibly kind and understanding, and the stay was quite pleasant.
