Good resort. They have a complimentary boat ride. Can have quality time in the resort from morning to evening, night there is nothing to do in the resort and they don't have much activities and there was no proper lighting outside. The location is bit odd, only a narrow road where only one car can go. Don't miss the complimentary breakfast, it was such a good one. Lunch and Dinner rate was 890/person I guess. We ordered online 😅 We went to the so called Indoor play area, where they had two tables carrom board and chess. 😅 Pros: Good ambience Garden Swimming pool with backwater view Complimentary breakfast and snacks Complimentary boat ride. Good Gym Good room Spa, Yoga(We haven't tried) Cons: Road to hotel is narrow. (<1km) Not many activities to do at night and poor outdoor lighting. Restaurant rates are high. Swimming pool is not a deep one (4 feet i guess) No Indoor games area at the moment. (A new building they are constructing btw)

The hotel is clean and provides you a great hospitality. The hotel staffs are very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area and a nice view on the Backwater. The overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families. You wont regret, just be there! :)

Road to reach resort is narrow and you need to be lucky that no other vehicle is coming from opp direction. Resort is under renovation and few issues in rooms you will come across but not a mood killer. Food is decent and you can ask reception to arrange boat ride in backwaters. The board ride prices are reasonable. Staff is quite helpful and polite.

A wonderful resort where you will find backwaters on one side. Nice rooms which are big enough. Some of the rooms have the Duplex facility too They do have a wonderful buffet breakfast. They do have good rooms/halls for the functions. Only drawback I found is the parking. Also the directions in the road to the resort is very less which makes it difficult to find the place. The road to the resort too is not so great. They do have a wonderful Swimming Pool & enough lawns etc. Recommended for the families for the vacation

This place is really a nice place to spend time with your family and loved ones. The amenities here at the resort is really amazing. We stayed in a cottage room with awesome view of the sunrise. Cottage rooms are spacious and has an attached balcony. They have a dedicated Gym area and a swimming pool. Service is extremely great. Staff is also well behaved and really caring.

I visited with my family, stayed for a night. Should have extended for 1 more night. The resort is on backwaters, with all the rooms facing the backwater. The location is central but quiet and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with a good view. The food is nice.

Excellent experience... We were a group of 12. Best service.. Great food It has a beautiful backwater.. With a great view.. Surrounded by nature and they even grew rabbits, turkeys, swans, hens.... We spent around 2hrs in the pool and it has even other amenities like a gym, spa and even play areas...

Very nice experience with the resort and the staff. Good ambience and scenic view.. pool is highlight here. Complimentary break fast was also good.. had a candle light dinner arranged and the service they provided by the staff was really good and the food was yummy.

During my recent stay at Uday Backwater Resort in Alleppey, I had high hopes for a great experience but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. However, I was disappointed to find that the room I was given did not have the promised lake view and instead had a disappointing view. When I raised the issue with the hotel staff, they were unable to offer any solutions as all other rooms were occupied. However, the food at the hotel was good and the room service was impressive. While the hotel's location is stunning and it may be the best resort in the area, those who have already booked the hotel should be aware of the potential room issues and take necessary precautions.

All was good only had issue with narrow roads to the resort. Staff was very friendly & welcoming. Weekdays we didn't get buffet. Property is fantastic & b Great pool with view visible feom each balcony for backwaters & bots are seen throughout. Highly recommend this resort.

Just a small thing.. since is it just adjacent to backwaters, there were a lot of mosquitoes. Though the place gives warnings for the same and that is amazing..!! But yes definitely looking forward for another stay for sure..!!

You can't expect better than the experience you will have in Uday Backwaters. They deserve a 5 star ratings in each and every aspects. Absolutely stunning hospitality - the perfect luxury hotels. We booked two rooms 15 days ago. Just loved it. I wish to visit there again.

Had a great time staying in this resort. The backwater view was too good. Had a chance to have some great Alleppey special cuisine. The services were great. The staffs were too nice and well mannered..

Beautiful resort on the banks of Vembanad Lake. Great ambience and amenities. All rooms are with lake facing balconies, clean and spacious. Restaurant serves delicious food. Staff is courteous and prompt. Only drawback is access to the resort as it is at the end of narrow streets and driving a tempo traveller was a bit tough but doable.

Ms. Lakshmi helped us to check in and check out smoothly. We stayed at Room no 21 for 3 days and it was a perfect set up for us. Watch man Mr. Binish was helpful in setting up the fishing facility for us and Breakfast buffet was great. Overall it’s worth visiting this place.

Pleasant stay overall. Must say, a very beautiful location, well maintained property and decent food. The boating services and other water activities are expensive (only advantage, these boats can directly dock at the resort). Otherwise you can go into town and get same services for lesser prices.

Lovely backwater resort. Good facilities. Arrangement for backwater cruise also precisely planned. Good food. However the approach Road to the facility needs to be improved. Suggestion, can organize some community activities among the residents.

The Uday back water resort is a home away from home. It was a fantabulous experience staying there with my family. This was a lovely place to stay. We came with the family. The food was good. They have a nice pool for kids which my sisters kid loved! The staff is very welcoming and kind. For foreigners they check your travel documents so don’t forget to carry that with you.

its an amazing resort with river view lawn and pool. the staff was very professional and nice. we had some free activities like cycling, badminton. indoor games pool and some etc activity which is free and also paid activity like boating n etc. Restaurant is available and the food also tasted good. Rooms were super neat and the washrooms were clean. recommended place for sure.

We had a day out there, which they offer on lean days for large groups. We had a great time. Though the resort is not as big as some of the other ones on the banks of Vembanad lake, the place is very well maintained. The food was delicious and had a good spread. The greatest aspect, however, was their hospitality which was top notch. Each and everyone among the staff were genuinely eager to serve and ensure that the guest were comfortable at all times. Overall, a highly recommended place.

Great place and has a very modern feel to it.. seems to be newly renovated. The rooms were cosy and had a posh feel to them. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The food in the restaurant was good and the breakfast options were decent.

Value for money make the expectations. Rooms are very clean. Staffs are very nice and good customer service. Food is very nice especially breakfast menu contains wide verity of food. Pool is very clean. Location and ambiance are very nice and clam. One suggestion is in toilet should have included dental kit ( paste & brush)

Excellent Resort but location is a bit off. Road leading to resort is very narrow and resort is almost cutoff from main town. Premium rooms are nearer to backwater, very spacious and have sunrise view from the room balcony. Had minor with A/c in the rooms which was fixed by the technician. One can have a very nice morning experience at the pool side enjoying backwater view and breeze. Buffet has lot of options and all food items are tasty. Authentic Kerala food is a must try.

Resort looks lovely, however there are several simple issues that cause it to lose stars. Room: spacious, comfortable bed, however balcony door didn't lock and the bathroom smelt of stale water Service: reception were very helpful, however standard and training of waiting service in restaurant left an awful lot to be desired. Food: nice but overpriced and takes a long time for it to arrive. Average breakfast and served luke warm coffee. Spa: very relaxing and lovely staff.

Had an extraordinary stay at this resort, it has a beautiful lake view with very pleasant and a calm atmosphere. The rooms are neat and clean. The staffs were very friendly and helped in guiding us on visiting the places. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would definitely want to visit again.

Overall it was an amazing experience. A very good natural scenery spot and usually the place would be very chill and if you want more, no worries AC also there. The room and their services are amazing. Food is also quite good. Just book it and enjoy the scenery with a nice room.

Very courteous staff and nicely maintained property. They have great view facing the backwaters, also they provide shikara and sunset cruise on extra charges. They have a gym and spa and playing room as well. The breakfast served was a mix of North Indian and South Indian delicacies. The breakfast was served in buffet but for dinner we had to order from the menu. The service was very prompt and the food was served hot. It is a nice place to spend your time peacefully. The only drawback I could notice is that the road to it is very narrow and raw.

Good part: Beautiful resort. Spacious room with nice view from balcony. Bad part: At the time of check in, nobody came along with to show us our room. Moreover, the restaurant service in room was very delayed. Rest all was good. One can spend good time here without getting bored.

Rooms are superb, well equipped with all your needs. Very clean and well maintained. Gym, swimming pool. The way to resort from any landmark is narrow though you will reach safely.Over all you will love it. I think the cost is little higher for what being offered.
