It's a great mega mart with all household things, clothes and all needful things available at a very reasonable price. I suggest every other person to step into the mega mart for at least one time to get useful things at a cheap and affordable price.

Nice place to shop. You can buy kids clothes, men's and women's clothes, food items such as maggi, rice, masur daal, bathroom items such as soap, brush, bath towel etc and beauty products such as facewash, face cream, body oil, body wash, hair oil, body cream, body lotion and other items such as mat, school bag, trolly bag, hand bag, sofa clothes, etc.

Staff behaviour is very rude, my wife went to return some clothes , right from the security staff no one took the return. After waiting for more than 1 hrs they took the item back. Hope I will never visit again and told others to do so. Atleast 10 people who knows me very well. And ask them to share the views to other ten.

They cheat customer. They charged me twice for the same item in the same Bill. When pointed out, first 3 persons tried their best to convince me that the Bill was okay. But finally They were unable to hold ground & had to refund me the extra amount charged. They might be doing this at random with all customers doing bulk shopping. Please rally your items with the Bill, if not possible in the shop, then at least after returning home. Similat practice seen at Vishal marts & Jio Smart Stores in other places. It seems to have become a standard practice to earn extra bucks.

Very narrow space. Need to improve many things, specialy the entry gate is not up to the mark how I think Vishal to be. Second thing I had noticed that there is no kart system, only the box are available. Again the exit way is dirty. So, I hope that the management will see soon on this matter. Average experience.

I went there s few days ago. There was a boy staff in men's section. He don't have manner to talk with customer. Bhai ke liye T-shirt lena chati thi . T-shirt ko chu bhi nhi sakti hu dekh bhi nhi sakti hu . Should I bring such clothes without touching or seeing anything? Not good behavior of these boy staff . He is just a headache. He is so arrogant . He don't have manner to talk with customer.

Vishal has all the things you get, which are required for household, its like all in one, and thats where it lake quality of some of products, like clothes, other household products are good, sport's products are only for kids, they should keep more like adults cricket products, etc. I go here to buy daily used good, i don't prefer clothes from here.

It is a hypermarket. The mall has almost everything. You can get clothes, footwear, household necessities, stationery items, groceries etc at one place. Durability of clothes are somewhat not good, they last for about one to two seasons. The prices of groceries are really good. Many packaged foods sold here are available at good discounts. Overall it is a one place to visit for most of your daily shopping.

Very good market to buy products, product quality is very good and descent price.

The staff isn't helpful .. even though repeatedly enquired about the availability of pencil box to 3 staff at different sections either they were either busy talking to each other or replied they aren't aware of . Even at rush hour only two bill counters were active . Would request staff to be better trained and proactive .

Stocks are more than enough. Lack of billing counters can be improved. If you want to go to vishal mega mart. Take one extra hour for billing..

Kind of so so... Good thing is that the price of items are very cheap.. Bad is that the quality is not so good. May buy household items at very reasonable price. Dress are not that great when I went.
