Place is okay, but can use some renovation. When I wanted to do the laundry, I asked for the price and was told 1500 IDR/kg. After confirming for three times and telling the desk I thought it was ridiculously cheap, I put the laundry with them. When I got my laundry back, it turned out to be 50k/kg, which is obviously a ridiculous amount. When I told the manager about the story, he didn't believe me and asked if I wanted to watch cctv footage to prove my wrong. After this they made us wait for at least half an hour to make us just pay the bill and leave. The manager told me he would send the footage to my WhatsApp and transfer the money back if I was wrong. This turned out to be a trick to get rid of us as we haven't heard from them since. Be careful here.

Best hotel I have stayed at in Bali. The most kind and helpful staff make you feel so welcome. Very clean and modern. Food is very good. Only stayed 3 days would love to have stayed more. Will definitely return if in Lovina again

We stay at The Lovina quite often so we've experienced the 2-, 3-, and 4- bedroom suites. We love staying here. The staff is great and helpful. Practically everyone of them recognize my kids now and have seen them grow over the past 2 years we've been in Bali! I recommend this place to everyone that's looking for a nice, quiet spot to get away to.

Selten so eine gepflegte Hotelanlage gesehen. Parkanlagen, Pool, Gebäude und Zimmer sind modern, sauber und sehr gutem Zustand. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt auch außer Zimmer auch Studios, kleinere und größere Villen. Das Essen und Frühstück waren tadellos. Wer einen schönen eher ruhigeren Urlaub auf Bali machen möchte, sollte sich dieses mal ansehen.

It was a good experience to stay in this hotel for many reasons : - The location in front of the sea - Several free facilities paddle, kayak, yoga lessons… - The rooms are clean and with good equipment - The food is good Only two bad things to report : - The stuff at the bar and restaurant almost harass you at every moment to drink or eat something even when you just finished or only have a walk through the restaurant.That makes the stay less comfortable especially when the DolphinTours Sellers on The beach already harass you as soon as they see you even you are still in the garden. - the staff who comes in the room without telling you while you are inside. This is unbelievable, i think the main thing that we deserve in any hotel is some privacy in the room that we pay for.

I visited The Lovina Beach Resort in Bali last December and had a wonderful experience. The resort is located on a beautiful stretch of black sand beach, and the views of the ocean are stunning. Wow wow wow wow wow wow This place is amazing. We booked this via Luxury Escapes and had a garden pool villa room. Everything was incredible. The building and gardens are immaculately maintained. But what makes this place super special are the staff. The service is absolutely outstanding. We were privileged to have Yoga and Kasuma look after us. They are only two of the many staff who make our stay completely special. If you are coming to Lovina, and you should, this place is where you must stay. The Spa was amazing. We had the most relaxing massages and pedicures. They have a huge pool, you could swim laps in it if you wanted!!!!! There’s stand up paddle boarding and snorkelling for free. A free shuttle bus into Lovina township (only minutes away. The gardens are well maintained and gorgeous. We dined every night at the sunset bar restaurant. Meals were lovely. Cocktails were delicious. They had bands on the waterfront every night. We were able to use the facilities after check out. Thank you for the best stay.

The friendliest staff, nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely tour of a local temple and hot spring and our tour guide was so lovely! I wasn't very well and they immediately took me to the local pharmacy and continued to check I was ok for the duration of our stay asking if they could do anything to help. The firewood pizza at the sunset bar was amazing! The rest of the food was also very nice. Previous reviews said breakfast was basic but it was a good buffet breakfast we found. The pool in our villa was amazing too. The rooms are fairly basic but still really nice. The only downside was the dolphin tour which is nothing to do with the hotel. It was not good for the dolphins as there were over a hundred boats chasing and revving toward any sign of dolphins meaning there were about 6 that came up. I think this experience may have been reunited slightly but the peak in tourism to the area. I didn't enjoy the tour and felt a bit like we were hunting them. Other than this the hotel was great and the staff were amazing

Ideally located on the beach at Lovina. We use the restaurant and bar as we are staying at a nearby villa. Good prices and friendly service. Definately a recommendation.

Was informed we could use the pool in return for drinks purchase, when we were about to use it they said we must buy a pool pass for 1.75k each. The manager came with the pool pass and clarified it was in fact 175k per person. Nothing done to assist, finished our beers and left. 21% tax on food and drinks too, really lost us as a customer. Not to mention they had no other guests so could have been more accommodating instead if standing around in groups chatting.

After 3 years we finally made it back to The Lovina and the experience was as relaxing as the first time round. The Deluxe room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The private jacuzzi in the garden of our apartment was an additional benefit on those rare days when it was really hot. The beach area was even more quiet than the last time, perfect to unwind and enjoy the cocktails or a cold beer either at the beach or pool. Best of all however are the staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home, always smiling and ready for a friendly chat. We will be back for sure!

Facilities ok, free shuttle to lovina area, room big, even there is terrace, free standup paddle & kano. Pool clean. Bar area is near beach, staff so kind and funny. This was my favorite hotel during my trip to Bali. The price is relatively cheap, and breakfast is included (and it was delicious). Another thing that's included are the water sport facilities. You can go canoeing and paddle boarding for free on their beach.

First time staying in this area. The freedom, snorkelling and access to beaches were much better than in Seminyak. Lees shops, less people, but also less to do. This is a place to relax by the pool/beach.

Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Good service. Free shuttle when ever you want to centre. Big rooms. Free upgrade to suite. All very clean. Very well organised dolfin excursion. The breakfast however was a bit poor. You don't expect that from such a nice hotel

A place to getaway from crowds. Nice resort in lovina. It is a good place if you plan to stay in the resort. Activities like canoeing, snorkelling and cycling are available free for resort guest. Breakfast are simple and repetitive throughout the 2 days we stay here. Service are great. I guess covid cause most of the shops in Lovina to close down. It is pretty quiet and nothing much to do in this area. 3 days if you planning to have snorkelling, dolphin tour and activities here.

Great hotel in Lovina. Right by the beach and quiet. We stayed in a one bedroom pool villa. Was really nice and private. The staff are really attentive, always smiling and willing to help. One of them even bought breakfast for us one morning from the local shops. The could improve on the variety for bfast though. Quite limited. But overall prob the best place to stay in lovina. Loved it.

We stayed in the 2 bed villa overlooking the beach with our private pool. From the day we arrived till we left, it was amazing. We arrived late, and had only 1 night there since we book a tour around the island . But the staff was super friendly they gave us a welcome drink at the pool and let us swim after closing hours so we can enjoy the full experience . Later we asked for a big table for 23 people so we can all eat togheter, everything was sorted in mater of minutes. The food was DELICIOUS, we opted for the Club Sandwich and it was wow. The room were clean big comfy bed nice big bathroom, the path to the room were soo nice all green and Balinese. I would recommend for sure 10/10. And BTW YOU CAN go snorkeling and dolphin seeing , but you pay separately for the dolphins and for the snorkeling, we did ask our guy to let us snorkel where we were for 5-10 min and he refused and told us he can leave us there and we can swim to the shore if it is okey. So yeah watch out for that.

If you want to relax with a book and a drink on the beach, this resort is for you. They have a few fun activities you can do while you are staying. Their spa is great. Be careful while you wander in the resort, you might encounter some animals. Overall had a wonderful stay.

We have a very nice and warm stay here. We got a bedroom suite located in second floor which is perfectly facing the pool and the sea. Aside from the breakfast set which was limited due to pandemic, everything is really worth the price. You may enjoy the canoe and wide surfing for free. I heard also that bicycle is free to be used in the hotel area. And if you want to see dolphins which is one of the main attractions in Pantai Lovina, the hotel provides the service. But you may find your own boat, there are the tourist guide who offers you the same services near the hotel. If you can negotiate, you may find a good deal and you may also add the snorkeling service. They know which location of the seas that has perfect place to do that.

Beautiful hotel, the one bedroom villa we had was very well maintained and very clean. Staff were 15/10. We have to leave before breakfast opens so they have offered to make sure there is food for us in the morning. There's a shuttle to take you around for free to the nearby attractions and you can organise tours for some of the further away ones. We went on the hot springs and temple one and would highly recommend it. Cannot fault it one bit. Had staff recommend a restaurant for us to go to for dinner (Secret Garden, another amazing venue) and they booked it for us and a shuttle so we didn't have to worry about a thing. It is about a 3 hour drive from the airport but we were able to organise transport with the hotel and they provided an air conditioned vehicle with cold bottle water, and there was always plenty of water available (2 bottles in room and fill up stations everywhere)

The hotel is fine, not exceptional and in my opinion too expensive for what you get. It is all a little outdated and not very from this time. It could use a good renovation and upgrade to make it all more worth it. The food was fine, the coffee in the breakfast area was nice (not so much at the beach restaurant) Overall not too much was wrong I just think it is too expensive

Very comfortable resort directly at the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful and did their best to make our stay very comfortable. The location is directly at the beach, which makes it very convenient for tours as the boat can pick you up at the hotel. We also loved the complimentary shuttle service to town.

This resort is strategically located at the Lovina Beach and easy accessible to Dolphin viewing and snorkeling attractions, the villas are nice and has so many options to choose from, staffs are super friendly and helpful!

An amazing 10 day trip here in a beach front terrace villa with our own pool. Service amazing, food fantastic and having the choice to upgrade meals was good. The complex well run and staff are so obliging and friendly. The massages are a must, such a peaceful setting. Definitely recommend and will be back. Weather was perfect and our last night there was a spectacular storm.

We stayed at The Lovina last weekend, as an extended family group, using one of their 3-bedroom garden villas with private pool. A lovely experience that we hope to repeat again every soon. The villa we used was very well decorated and maintained. The quality and service, both at breakfast and the beach cafe areas was everything we could have needed.

Toilet and room was spotless, super clean!! Marvelous. Ac was nice. Big room. All staffs and manager very very helpfull from the hearth. We really enjoy free facilities they offer: canoo, stand up padle, full with reef shoes. Free drop off/pick up near by. Free bicycle use. Boat for watching dolphins were picked us up right on the beach at the back of the hotel. Handy. Good sunset and nice swim both pool and beach, becarefull of sea urchin, use tge reef shoe the hotel offer for free. Only the matrass bit hard. Other than this, eveeything else is perfect!

Rooms were ok..our ac was not cold... service was good but the breakfast was not tasty at all. They really need to improve the taste of the food. Vegetarian options very limited as well.

stayed her pre covid…problems with room BUT the manager and staff were fantastic and plan to return in 2023 ..great resort and really enjoyed it for the complex and location and great eateries in the nearby village

The Lovina is a fairly new hotel - it is beautifully located and very well maintained. The service was excellent and the cocktails at the bar really excellent. The rooms are large and nicely furnished, the air conditioning cools without giving off an unpleasant smell as is sometimes the case in Bali. The breakfast buffet offers enough choice for tastes of all kinds. We unfortunately only spent one night at this hotel on our round trip. I could certainly stay here for a week and unwind.

It was a beautiful experience just coming through the main entrance 😁 Traditional bali plants along the drive through to the reception. Staff was very welcoming. The grounds around the resort have amazing gardens which lead up to the pool & dining area at the beachfront. Rooms here are top notch. All up amazing place to stay if you ever visit Lovina Bali 🏖️👍

Room C1- Terrace 2 bedroom beach villa Pros: - very friendly staff and so many staff too. - nicely located walking distance from town but still far enough away to have peace and quiet - breakfast offerings were adequate but nothing to get excited about. The juice was delicious. - the sunset bar was very nice and relaxing for drinks and meals. - 2 bedroom sea view pool villa is huge! Cons: - no bathrobes, hand moisturiser, electrical socket converters, iron, ironing board, shoe horn, etc, all of which I would have considered standard inclusions. - bed too hard and noisy when you roll over. Pillows too high so as to cause a sore neck. Resorted to using a rolled up towel instead. - gym quite small and poor AC. - upstairs and downstairs of two bedroom pool villa not directly connected inside, so you have to walk outside to go between spaces which is annoying with door locking etc.

Excellent spot for those looking for a relaxing Bali holiday. North facing, on the beach means great sunrise and sunsets. Dolphin watching leaving from the steps of the hotel a drawcard for many. Sizeable, comfortable rooms and villas make this a great option.

The hotel resort itself is beautiful, the staff and service is excellent. However the beach was disappointing, with lots of plastic and rubbish. Not the hotels fault!

Highly recommend and quite possibly the most relaxing place I've ever stayed. Superb location with plenty of water related activities all included and with the hotel and lodges right on the beach, easy to get to. Plenty of ways to relax within the hotel and grounds with open-air yoga in the gardens and a private Spa to truly unwind in as well. Staff were all very welcoming, friendly and attentive.

Struttura molto curata che affaccia sul mare, Camere spaziose e pulite, il ristorante suggestivo è sulla spiaggia ed ha un’ottimo servizio. Siamo stati per poco tempo ma sento di poterlo consigliare per un buon Soggiorno al Nord di bali.

Great infrastructure and very comfortable place altogether. The location is great. If you want to have a relaxing time this is the place for you! The staff are well-trained and very attentive to customers’ requests.

Fantastic clean rooms, we had a view on the rice fields very beautiful. Spacious room modern bathroom great shower. Restaurant was okay, very busy at certain times in the morning. Very good cocktails and food friendly staff!! Morning yoga and massage were lovely. A very good place to stay!!

The hotel is great, it is a huge area. You have a pool and bar right in front of the beach. We had dinner there it was very nice to see the sunset, the only thing was we had good weather for the small flies ;) so lots of insects while dinner was not so nice for us. The rooms are great THOUGH we did have hot water in the shower for max. 5 mins. As we stayed one night we did not ask for new room / repair. The staff is very attentive. Breakfast has enough of variety. Though would not recommend this hotel for young people, might be too boring. ;)
