I visited the site in Feb, location wise its far from Patiala highway and near to Flying zone. Flights take off/landing noise are common issue. With its location and nearby views, the prices are over hyped, considering site is still under construction and they don't even have structures for few towers. Rate should be nominal, as it will be ready to move property by around 2025 end.

Realy it's very nice project with latest and modern facility. The building construction quality is better then other society approach is very easy the whole project is demonstrated by Priti Chauhan
