Service very slow. ☀In the past, my husband had a bone disease, he was injected with some kind of medicine and he immediately got allergies, and finally he was moved to another hospital. ☀In turn, a 7-year-old child broke his finger, because the clinic referred him here, he finally came here, because he didn't get a grade, aka according to BPJS (KLS 2) in the emergency room from 7 to 9. And 2 days he didn't get surgery immediately. Imagine a child suffering from bone pain for 2 days but not taking action immediately because he was waiting for his doctor's practice schedule. Finally he decided to go up to a class, and finally he was in surgery last night. Because I'm already in high school, my other children can't come in, because there's no one guarding the house, but every time they want to enter the room they're staying, they're banned by the security guard. As well as taking care of the administration on the way home, the children can't even go up and down, oh my God, Mr. Security Guard, I'm going to ask about my children not being brought to the room because there's no one to take care of them, why don't they bring them, do you want to change them too? Or do you want to take care of the administration? ☀Once when I was checking for pregnancy, I was queuing at BPJS from 11 am to 4 am, it was the turn of a general patient to come in straight away😩.

Thank God, the staff at PKU Muhammadiyah Pati Hospital, as far as I met, were all kind and friendly, starting from the security guard, parking attendant, registration, admin, and nurses, especially the doctors. Patients who need information are also responded to in a friendly manner. The service is satisfactory, as far as I know, it never differentiates between general and BPJS patients, everyone is served as best as possible. When I was born in September 2022, I was treated for a day here, hey, the food was really delicious, you know, just add more days.😁. Another important point is that the nurse who handles it should try to match the gender of the patient. Thank God, my husband went to physiotherapy today accompanied by a male therapist. There are many other hospitals whose nurses treat patients of different genders, even though sometimes the treatment requires looking at their private parts. Maybe you have been served here but the treatment was bad? Is it true like that or is there a misunderstanding? Have you ever read the status of a doctor who was angry with a patient because he was late in arriving, even though it is very possible that he was also treating patients elsewhere. Why not try to understand? If it's true that it's still lacking, it's okay that no human practice is perfect, usually after the examination, there is a satisfaction assessment form and the patient is invited to provide constructive criticism and input. Good luck and continue to be useful for PKU Muhammadiyah Pati and all other Islamic hospitals.. 🤲

I am here as a 10th grade student at the Bhakti Indonesia Medika Juwana Health Vocational School who visited pharmacy services at RSU Fastabiq Sehat PKU Muhammadiyah. Here I saw friendly and good patient service. The employees are neat and friendly. This hospital is very clean and comfortable. I hope that in the future when I do PKL, I want to do PKL at RSU Fastabiq Sehat PKU Muhammadiyah.
