I had experienced staying in 3 stars hotel before and never had any issues. But the first impressions when we checked into our room was shocking. Everycorner has dust, yellow towel and pillow sheets. Lipstick stains on mirror, strong cigarettes smell, toilet is filthy with scums everysingle corner. Although when we tried to talk to the staff they offered to give us new room the next day. But we decided to move out the next day. This can’t be called 3 stars hotel, it’s far from that. Will not go back there again. Please improve your cleaning service.

The live-music at the 11th floor top-roof was a bit excessive that the blaring sound at the 8th floor where I stayed could be heard and felt. The city view when taking breakfast however could compensate it.

Very convinient spot to stay, right in the centre of town. Service was excellent. They have a nice rooftop bar to chill with drinks and karaoke.

Easier to travel around. The view at top floor is nice. The restaurant is on the top floor and able to see the city view. I like the restaurant cooking, especially the Janda Soup

Perfect stay. Great location, tasty breakfast, amazing view from restaurant, friendly staff. Walking distance to popular food stalls. Stay there to maximize your visit to Pontianak. Parking building just next door. Lobby is quite nice to meet your guests (have 2 sets of sofa). 100% recommended!

I stayed for 5 days. From the first time I checked in to the last time I checked out, I felt very comfortable. The hotel staff I had contact with Teja,Yana,Fatimah were very friendly. Especially Teja who touched my heart. While at the Neo hotel, I feel at home and always feel happy. Thank you. God bless always.

Stayed here the whole week for a business trip The location is splendid. Easy to get food if you want to try the local culinary The bed size is fine Room is not cleaned properly I must say; found couple of little cocroaches in my room It is so tiring to keep changing lock card everyday The front desk lady said it is because I put the card near to electronic devices, but when I put them in a separated bags, it is still the same The staff is upsetting tho I called to get a new toilet paper and the housekeeping said ok but I was waiting for hours and it never came. Tried to call again but no one answer. I did not get the toilet paper until the next day I came to the resto to borrow a plate but no staff was there Came to front desk and he said that I should go to the resto. I did explain that no one was there and he just say ‘let me call them’ Then said to me that eating utensils are in the resto and not in the front desk with a smirk on his face How upsetting

Had a pleasant stay at Neo Pontianak for 5 nights. The room was comfortably small but enough for 2 persons. Hotel’s located at a very busy street filled with foods from day to night. It’s very convenient traveling to and from this hotel. The staffs were helpful especially Harry. Keep up the great hospitality.

I love the sustainability concept through the drinking water supplies at the corridors, for guests to refill the empty jars. However, there are some things of this hotel I'd like to criticize.

Midrange hotel in city centre with good eating places nearby. The lobby is at first floor which can be inconvenient for elderly people. Bathroom a bit small with limited room for turning the body around. Quiet surrounding and good air-conditioning.

Bathroom water clogged! Other than this, in the room was perfect. I like the drinking water system using water dispenser with water jug (help yourself!). Breakfast was perfect with variety of food choices. Definitely will look at Neo Hotel chain in other city.

I stayed for 1 night at 7th floor. the restaurant at 11th floor has a great view. the variation food for breakfast need to improve. the location was great, a lot of place to hangout (street food, cafe, coffee shop, etc). the room was clean and tidy, they did not serve mineral bottle at the room like it used to because of the plastic issue. they provide a dispenser at the coridor and a jar for each room. the bathroom door is not to wide like the other hotel I used to come but it was clean. over all, I really enjoy my time stayed at Hotel NEO Gajah Mada Pontianak.

Food is good, service is good, the ambience is nice. The view is absolutely wonderful. Well this is hotel, don't forget that service charge and tax will be included that makes the price higher. As long as you have the money and you want to enjoy a good place with good view and vibe, this will be it. Recommended to go in the evening. Enjoy the sunset and the night sky with thousands stars at the same time.

The hotel room was clean and comfy, the staff were super friendly and the check in process was running very smooth and fast. I like this hotel, for sure will come back with my family!

This hotel located very strategic at jalan Gajah Mada, near & walking distance to legendary cuisines in Pontianak. They also served very good&tasty breakfast, their fruits quality also really good. Neo rooms was quite small but still enough for 2 persons. One should improves was their bed sheets and they should clean the outside window.

Restaurant good, servis very good and many varians food in here, services from gufron is very polite and humble... i hope can visit again in restaurant and meet with gufron

The hairdryer was broken when we got in the room. The small fridge was buzzing. Bad tv. Think I'm gonna be sick if I ate for breakfast here, I'd rather just eat outside. Small dirty marks on the bed. Room door had issues when using the card. No idea why the girls on the registers wearing white wigs, maybe the upper ups have a liking? Can't change the air conditioner temp. Nice service. Nice wifi for a hotel. Nice rooftop view.

The Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful/hard working and fast reply to the questions, always on the hand to help to book the hotel room and request additional item when needed especially the Hotel Receptionist ( ms. Fatimah Rahayu ). The room is big, clean and very comfortable. Great location in the middle of Jalan Gajah Mada,Pontianak, Indonesia. I will recommend it to my family and friends.
