    I will give it a zero rating because it was my first and possibly the last time to travel with Kenya airways and I should add the worst experience I've had of any airline. It all started with the office in Kampala where the door was slammed in our face and locked as we were trying to enquire about our options in travelling to the Seychelles Island for a weekend. We booked online and checked in at Entebbe airport on Thursday the 2nd of August 2019 and arrived at 2 am of Friday the 3rd in the Seychelles where we were told, along with many other travellers, that our checked in luggage was still in Nairobi. Our details were taken with the promise that we would get the luggage on that same Friday at 5pm. We waited in vain and that whole day was lost since we had no clothes to wear. We bought some clothes in Victoria on Saturday expecting that that the luggage would reach us that day. To our dismay, we heard nothing from Kenya airways and decided to make do with what we had. On the day of our departure, after insisting that we get our luggage, we were finally able to locate it after a long search. The officer informed us that the luggage had arrived on Sunday. Mind we were supposed to leave on Monday. No one deigned to give us a simple call to inform us that our luggage had arrived. Our weekend was detracted from by the carelessness of this airline and we were informed by the locals that our experience is not an isolated one and happens much too regularly. I certainly wouldn't recommend the airline to anyone. ???

    The inconveniences and unnecessary expenses that me any daughter have gone through due to negligence of KQ. Our bags were left in Nairobi, day 2 and am still here waiting like a fool. Just an update; My bags finally arrived but one of the suitcases is torn torn and torn!!!!!!! This has been the biggest disappointment of 2023 so far!!! Anybody planning to use KQ do so at your own risk!!

    Elegant environment, with corporate look but the queue processing time is very vague. The staff tends to spend much time on clients who engage them in off topic friendly conversions and forget other in behind on waiting. Communication with clients is not very clear, staff tends to assume every one has been in this place before and knows where to go next after one counter. Otherwise the place is generally good and services are up to standard

    Spoke to a Lady called Agnes who was very helpful, I do have to say i am glad Agnes picked my call as it can be a challenge to get your phone answered at times. Having gone to the to the office it's self previously i have faced no issues in relation to customer service.

    Very disappointing! The staff was extremely rude when we were checking in where they were clearly trying to get us to pay extra for luggage which was actually according to the given limit just that the number of bags was more but they refused when we suggested wrapping them into one( after the wrap weight is still in given limit) but they refused and just wouldn't refer us to their manager after asking five different people(staff). Some of those rude people need to get fired !!!

    I commend the excellent service of the flight attendants. Only issue I got is my suitcase was crushed in transit from Lagos back to Entebbe. However,after filing a complaint with their office in Kampala,I was immediately given a brand new suitcase. Overall,I loved flying with Kenya Airways.

    You reach an office at working hours and no one cares, they just tell you that they don't have power on the building and so they can't print tickets. In this Era really. Kenya airways office in Kampala at Jubilee, please work on your customer care service and customer relations department. Best solution was to look for an agent. Hmmm.

    Worst experience ever they even lost my sister’s suitcase 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️reaching Dubai the suit case was no wea to be seen n no customer care at all 😭you guys should style up learn how to handle customer’s luggage on my side I wouldnt recommend any frnd of mine to use your airlines coz u wea the worst

    Too much suffering At first the time of departure changed from 16:35 to 19:15 dec 2021 So I had to miss this flight from entebbe to nairobi and do another covid test Next flight was next day 10:50 dec 19 2021 boaded reached Nairobi safely had to do another covid test which they said is express but its not it took around 6hrs to get the results Luckily the flight to dubai was delayed up to 22:30 from 17:15 dec 2021
