will
give
it
a
zero
rating
because
it
was
my
first
and
possibly
the
last
time
to
travel
with
Kenya
airways
and
I
should
add
the
worst
experience
I've
had
of
any
airline.
It
all
started
with
the
office
in
Kampala
where
the
door
was
slammed
in
our
face
and
locked
as
we
were
trying
to
enquire
about
our
options
in
travelling
to
the
Seychelles
Island
for
a
weekend.
We
booked
online
and
checked
in
at
Entebbe
airport
on
Thursday
the
2nd
of
August
2019
and
arrived
at
2
am
of
Friday
the
3rd
in
the
Seychelles
where
we
were
told,
along
with
many
other
travellers,
that
our
checked
in
luggage
was
still
in
Nairobi.
Our
details
were
taken
with
the
promise
that
we
would
get
the
luggage
on
that
same
Friday
at
5pm.
We
waited
in
vain
and
that
whole
day
was
lost
since
we
had
no
clothes
to
wear.
We
bought
some
clothes
in
Victoria
on
Saturday
expecting
that
that
the
luggage
would
reach
us
that
day.
To
our
dismay,
we
heard
nothing
from
Kenya
airways
and
decided
to
make
do
with
what
we
had.
On
the
day
of
our
departure,
after
insisting
that
we
get
our
luggage,
we
were
finally
able
to
locate
it
after
a
long
search.
The
officer
informed
us
that
the
luggage
had
arrived
on
Sunday.
Mind
we
were
supposed
to
leave
on
Monday.
No
one
deigned
to
give
us
a
simple
call
to
inform
us
that
our
luggage
had
arrived.
Our
weekend
was
detracted
from
by
the
carelessness
of
this
airline
and
we
were
informed
by
the
locals
that
our
experience
is
not
an
isolated
one
and
happens
much
too
regularly.
I
certainly
wouldn't
recommend
the
airline
to
anyone.
