Beautiful cathedral was built in 14th century. Doest function as an regular cathedral nowadays. It's is a museum. To get in you need to buy a ticket. There is also possibility to listen to organ music there.

It is a Brick Gothic-style monument in Kaliningrad and is the most significant preserved building of the former city of Königsberg, which was largely destroyed in World War II. The construction was completed in 1380. Although it was heavily damaged in World War II, it has since been restored afterward. It is the largest brick church in the Baltic region and has three towers, and a 700-pipe organ (one of the largest in Russia). The interesting fact about it is that It is the burial place of Immanuel Kant, the famous philosopher and his statue is in the cathedral as well. There are lots of interactive parts inside the exhibition about Kant, for example in one part you can ask any question from him, and he'll answer you! If you are interested in learning more about the history of Königsberg or the philosophy of Immanuel Kant, then a visit to the cathedral is a must.

Standing proudly in the heart of Königsberg, the Königsberg Cathedral serves as a captivating testament to the rich history and architectural grandeur of the region. With its imposing presence and intricate details, this majestic cathedral holds within its walls the echoes of centuries past. The Königsberg Cathedral, originally known as the Cathedral of the Holy Family, stands as an iconic symbol of Prussian heritage. Constructed in the 14th century, it served as the spiritual heart of the medieval city of Königsberg, the former capital of East Prussia. The cathedral's towering spires and Gothic architecture reflect the magnificence and power of the Teutonic Knights, who once ruled over the region. The Teutonic Knights, also known as the Order of Brothers of the German House of Saint Mary in Jerusalem, were a medieval Catholic military order founded in the late 12th century. One notable feature within the cathedral is the tomb of Immanuel Kant, the renowned German philosopher who spent most of his life in Königsberg. His final resting place is a site of pilgrimage for intellectuals and admirers of his philosophical contributions.

(Translated by Google) Previously - Dome Cathedral of Our Lady and St. Adalbert. A sample of Gothic brick architecture (if you were not in Germany or did not see Marienburg / Malbork Castle in Poland). Restored and restored, in good condition. Interesting museum exhibits. And a wonderful academic concert hall, which hosts both full-fledged concerts and organ mini-concerts. How organ sounds here!

It's a museum and not a church. There is a very big and beautiful pipe organ, that's something to see but nothing much. It's more like a place for concerts.

The catjedral hosts now the musem of Emmanuel Kant and organ concerts. It si more interesting to watch here outsode than inside. Afterall the cathedral was bombed djrong the ww2 and for a long time it was a ruin. Worth for a visit.

Another place I did not have the pleasure of experiencing its interior. It is worth the time to walk to it and enjoy the vendors and views of the pond and park.

Beatiful building resounding park and lake. Walk from main road to this cathedral and go to fishing village and Kaliningrad stadium. Take some time to buy some amber outside stall.

(Translated by Google) A very beautiful building, excursions are held inside, a huge organ is located in the center of the hall. Very beautiful facade, hardly fit into the frame. Nearby there is a good restaurant serving huge portions and prices pleasantly delight after Moscow.

Beautiful cathedral surrounded by a nice park. Entrance tickets should be bought in a small outside booth. Make sure to check upcoming musical events in the cathedral
