В итоге, все в отделении были в курсе, спустили с помощью ключа меня на 1 этаж, а обратно без него нельзя подняться. Звоним в отделение - трубку не берут. Сидят, телевизор смотрят! Не работают. Много раз видела, как телефон орёт, а они даже не высовываются трубку взять. Встретили травматолога, хотели объяснить ситуацию, попросить помочь (везде лестницы и лифты закрыты, без ключа не войти, не выйти), а он развернулся и ушел тут же!!! Сказал, звонить в травматологию. Пошли в приемный покой, там нам сказали идти через справочную. В справочной с нами по-хамски общались и послали на три буквы. Пошли опять в приемный покой, объяснили ситуацию, начали возмущаться, что "я бы не пустила". Идите, через справочную. Там требуют направление. Объясняем, что нас врач отпустил ненадолго, ну вышла заминка, ну что поделать!!! Ребенок лежит с грузом к голове и спине, встать сам не может и нельзя. А они цирк устроили!!!! До этого 3 часа за день ждали машину на КТ!!!! Всё общаются по хамски. Кровать сопровождающему не предоставляют! Спите с ребенком, а кровать одноместная и ребенку нужен покой и место. За что мы платим налоги????????
