The reason is that there are no doctors, I told the registrar that there were two otorhinolaryngologists listed on the stand!!! The registrar answered me that one doctor is on sick leave, and the second sees only 4 people a day..... The level of organization of the provision of PAID medical services is the BOTTOM!

The surgery has a good team. It was a small operation, the surgeon Leonid Andreevich is an excellent specialist, he explained everything in detail and worked professionally. And the nurses are friendly.

But on the recommendation of a gynecologist, I made an appointment almost 2 months in advance for a consultation with a surgeon at exactly 16.00. I called before leaving by taxi to see if the appointment was rescheduled. I ordered an escort, a taxi, and paid for it. Arrived on time at the appointed time. However, upon arrival, it turned out that this was not an appointment, but an appointment in a live queue, in which there were already more than a dozen people. Due to health reasons, I could not expect such an amount of time; I spent time, effort and money in vain. All because no one warned me in advance about this TYPE OF APPOINTMENT** with a doctor. Was it worth waiting so long?

Worst hospital! For the first time, my grandmother was in bed with cerebral ischemia - they treated her, but they didn’t cure her, she was still dizzy. The second time she was admitted with Covid - she was given large quantities of arbidol for a week! They gave her IVs - they asked her to bring needles for them! The nurses did not approach her, the doctor assured that our grandmother was strong, she would cope with the disease! In general, she was transferred to another hospital and she died. They admitted a person with a cough and fever - she died 2 weeks later. The doctor who assured us of recovery is very infuriating! -100 stars for this hospital!
