Hospital Walk in clinic

🫤 It seems that the management of the clinic is absolutely indifferent to what happens inside the clinic. I needed to take a blood test for glycated hemoglobin. From 8.00 the queue is huge, about 70 people. Accepts one!!! nurse. People crowd in a cramped corridor. There is almost nowhere to sit, despi... Terrible conditions for patient care. Terribly huge queues, only 2.5 - 3 hours to get to the registration desk. Patients with suspected Covid, patients with a temperature in one line in a very cramped room, the rest are just outside in any weather. Insane workload on general practitioners. Tests for Covid take 4-5 days. It is not possible to obtain information about the result by telephone or Internet. Often people come to see a doctor, and only then do they find out that they have a positive test.

It seems that the management of the clinic is absolutely indifferent to what happens inside the clinic. I needed to take a blood test for glycated hemoglobin. From 8.00 the queue is huge, about 70 people. Accepts one!!! nurse. People crowd in a cramped corridor. There is almost nowhere to sit, despite the fact that most are elderly people. I stood in this line for almost 2.5 hours. And when my turn came, it turned out that there were no reagents. And no one knows when they will be. Time and nerves are lost. Complete indifference of management. Is it really impossible to add another sister to somehow relieve the queue? And according to all the reports on TV, everything is fine with medicine. How come we rose from our knees...

Every time you try to get to a doctor after a couple of days and thousands of attempts to call the receptionist or at least find out the doctors’ schedule on the Internet on official resources, you give up on everything and go to a private clinic for money. The queues at the Guryev clinic are always huge, for example, it’s not always possible to donate blood the first time: either the opening hours run out or the stars don’t align. Boorish attitude. Iron benches in the corridors and sitting on them for many hours are very conducive to recovery. And so it has been for many many many years. And there’s nothing you can do, that’s the way the entire healthcare system is. We get up from our knees, why...

If there was a rating of 10, I would give it!! This is HORROR, not the work of clinics! It’s impossible to get through by phone to call a doctor at home, they called for 4.5 hours and still didn’t get through!! I would like to wish the chief doctor, try to call your clinic!!! It is not clear who you work for, not for people! Please organize the work of clinics.

(Translated by Google) Everything is done so that no one can make an appointment. On the Internet, it does not allow you to choose a department or a doctor, by phone they ask you to give your last name 10 times, at the reception they say that today the appointment is not open - come tomorrow. And so every day...

(Translated by Google) Disgusting. Dozaonitsya and make an appointment with a doctor is not possible. Where do they get such workers? In the half turn? (Original) Отвратительно. Дозаониться и записаться к врачу не аозможно. Где берут таких работников? В полворотне?

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would! Terrible place with terrible organization! Not a single employee is able to answer questions correctly; situations reach the point of absurdity. When asked which office I should go to with my question, five doctors answered differently (EVERYONE!!!). Bestial attitude! For some reason, every employee considers it his duty to point out to the patient that he did something wrong, that he misunderstood something. You yourself first figure out who is responsible for what. Mess!

Women's consultation, take action! Is it really difficult to organize the work of such a small department!??? It’s simply impossible to make an appointment with a doctor; they don’t answer the phone. On the public service website it is suggested to make an appointment with only one doctor, but the one you need is not on the list. On Saturday, the opening hours are written from 8.00 in fact: there was no one at the reception, the doctor came at 8.40 at a slow pace. What a swamp!

I see a lot of negative reviews, but either I was lucky, or people are just like that. All the doctors are polite, I didn’t ask any questions, they answered everything for me, the therapist competently collected anamnesis, examined, listened, immediately took a smear for Covid, the result was within 2-3 minutes. Yes, of course, I sat in line for an hour and a half, but, firstly, I arrived at lunchtime, and secondly, there were a lot of people with fever and signs of ARVI. In general, the “red zone” works quickly.

The worst place in Guryevsk. This is simply terrible, words cannot describe this madhouse. It’s easier to get cured through Google than to see a doctor. Disgusting!!!!!

To get an appointment, you first need to wait at the reception for at least 2 hours and then the same amount in line at the office (even if you are scheduled to wait at least an hour). What can I say, it’s complete chaos, how many people complain, but there’s no point, and it’s not news to anyone! The Ministry of Health will conduct an inspection, everyone will run around pretending that everything is fine, but only for the duration of the inspection.

I tried to call for twenty minutes. Now second in line, then third, then first, then second again, and so on in a circle. In the end the call ended and that was it.
