    This is a private healthcare facility. The question arises what does it have to do with Russian Railways OJSC (Russian Railways OJSC), a Russian state-owned vertically integrated company, 100% of the shares of which belong to the Government of the Russian Federation. The organization of medical examinations is extremely poor. Doctors violate the appointment time; some of them arrive at the wrong time. The results of some tests are not ready and doctors refer people to the medical staff at the counter, who do not know what to do and shrug their shoulders. “I was amused” by the fact that every doctor asks questions like “what are you complaining about?” or “is anything bothering you?” All these are indicators of unprofessional, formal, low-quality medical examinations, for which employers pay real money to this medical institution. So, in general, the impression of this private institution is not very good.

    Almost 2 years ago I underwent a medical examination at this clinic. The staff is polite, responsive and not rude. The gynecologist is a little rude, but perhaps it’s the cost of the profession, her mood or something else, but overall I was pleased with the appointment and examination. I made an appointment on June 23, 2021, the doctor immediately saw me, carefully collected an anamnesis, conducted an examination and prescribed treatment, which brought me relief and now I feel great. There is no information about this. The most interesting thing was at the final stage. In order to give the medical book and see the general practitioner at the specified time, the office was closed. And when it opened, it turned out that lunch had started. then they began to accept people with sick leave. And we were told to wait until 14 o’clock. Healthy people should sit with the sick. This kind of attitude towards people who paid for their visit does not exist in one medical institution in the city. I would like the managers to take note and improve something in their work .

    Horrible organization of a paid consultation with a phlebologist and ultrasound of the legs in a railway hospital. - I waited a month for an appointment. - I arrived on time, but I had to wait half an hour for the appointment, because the doctor took two women instead of me without an appointment! - The doctor’s office looks dirty, there are foreign things lying around, the doctor’s clothes, his shoes are street shoes. - The doctor was not the one I made an appointment with! - Terrible ultrasound: I didn’t look at the whole leg, there were no disposable napkins - The doctor doesn’t give good advice, all the information needs to be pulled out.     Passed a medical examination. There is no electronic queue, all organizations are for the same time, there is hell and chaos in the corridors, you can wait up to 40 minutes to see one specialist. The doors in the offices let all the sounds through, so all the hubbub comes from the corridor in the office. There are three times fewer seats in the corridors than there are people. It felt like I was in some kind of Soviet hospital in the outback. I don't recommend it to anyone.

    I would like to share about a visit to traumatologist Mamoshkin M.M. I never got an appointment on time. Why record???? Constantly not there. You run, ask for time off from work, and end up waiting for 30-40 minutes. Someone is always standing in the corridor. He comes out, picks up a friend I don’t know and leaves, while you sit for a while. Everyone should work like this.

    I came with a doctor’s referral to do an ultrasound, in the morning at 11:00 the receptionist was nice, polite and made an appointment for me for the evening at 16:30 on the same day, many thanks to her (it’s only because of her that I gave it a 2 and not a 1): ) However, when I returned to undergo ultrasound diagnostics, another receptionist (I don’t know her name, since she was without a badge), unstuck from the phone, having finished the conversation, refused to send me to the office and rescheduled me for Thursday (12/21/2023), while communicating she is in rather rough shape (dark hair, glasses). In this connection, I advise everyone to immediately get into the good graces of this registrar, so that they can get to the doctor, and not be sent to hell!
