He said that he didn’t want to schedule me for an ultrasound because there was a waiting list, and in general he had a vacation soon, he said come back in 2 weeks, he didn’t give me directions for tests. I highly recommend not contacting a gastroenterologist here. After that, the paid one did all the tests for me in a couple of days and started treatment.

Give some of your employees at the reception a course of sedatives so that they don’t rush at people over trifles. And explain that it is not necessary to communicate rudely. After all, we are all human beings, living in society.

This is insulting to say the least. The second complaint is the obligation to leave the computer ticket in the office. In my case, three coupons were printed on one sheet for appointments with different specialists and for different times on the day of radiation. At the registry they save paper, in the office this paper is taken away, and the patient is forced to contact the registry for a new printout of the coupon. It is very uncomfortable! Why does the medical worker in office number 6 make this demand? Everything is displayed in the program on her computer!
