I
painted
the
walls
at
the
club
@zdorovayaspina39,
and
stayed

classes.
Classes
are
held
in
maximum
comfort
for
the
body,
most
of
the
exercises
are
lying
down.
Trainer
and
studio
director
Natalya
Orlova
teaches
you
to
turn
on
muscles
that,
as
it
turns
out,
are
mostly
turned
off,
as
well
as
relax
muscles
that
should
not
be
involved
in
the
process.
For
example,
tell
me
why
I
need
to
wrinkle
my
forehead
or
raise
my
shoulders
when
walking🤷
The
awareness
that
the
body
lives
in
spasms
and
clamps
is
unusual.
And
it’s
good
that,

awareness,
all
this
can

removed,

needed

Personally,

case,
constant
sedentary
or
static
work,
the
exercises
I
learned
here
allowed
me
to:

get

know

body
better,

not,
find

problems
are
and
how
to
fix
them.
-relax
and
strengthen
the
muscles
of
the
back,
and
the
body
in
general
-
take
care
of
yourself.
Sounds
unusual?
But
it
all
begins
with
self-love.
It's
nice
to
understand
that
the
body
is
my
friend,
and
it
is
harmonious
because
it
takes
care
of
me)
