Colorful fort. This fort is wet, that is, it is surrounded by a moat with water. The fort has 3 floors, there are blocked passages. Also in this fort, the military exploded artillery shells, as a result of which there are destroyed buildings. The entrance to the Ford is closed by a gate, but there is a hole in it. There is fish in the mouth of the fort.

If you know what to look for, it's an interesting place. Fort 4 "Gneisenau" was built in 1872-1886, named after the participant in the Battle of Waterloo, Field Marshal August Wilhelm Anton von Gneisenau Count Neuhardt (1760-1831). It is a hexagon elongated along the front, surrounded by a water moat. The two-story central structure with interior rooms symmetrically located on both sides of the central postern is covered with an earthen embankment. During the assault on Königsberg in April 1945, Fort No. 4 "Gneisenau" was located in the direction of the main attack of the 124th Rifle Corps of the 43rd Army of the 3rd Belorussian Front, and was subjected to three hours of shelling from large-caliber guns, as a result of which it was especially badly damaged. The garrison of Fort No. 4 capitulated on the evening of April 8, 1945.

Abandoned fort. Nothing to see here. The ceiling can fall on your head at any moment. Although his conscience was strong, without care, nature quickly condemned him. Some risky people are burning fires there. What if there is a shell dormant underground? Don't go there and especially don't light fires there

Fort #4, like other forts, is worth visiting and seeing. But it is in a wild, abandoned state. The state of a landfill, a completely sad abandoned place. Around there are mountains of household and construction garbage, tires, car service waste, bumpers, discarded remains of cars, mountains of Christmas trees unsold for the New Year. The roads around are broken, there are potholes, puddles and impassable mud.

Fort 4 "Gneisenau". This fort is quite destroyed and covered with earth in some places. The place is quiet, calm and you can go fishing in the moat. The only downside is the terrible road on which you can get stuck in winter. And I recommend a visit for lovers of such places.

Apparently the most destroyed fort of all in Kaliningrad, as it took the brunt of the Red Army forces. The place is creepy and unsafe.. The road to the object is terrible (like a washboard), but as far as we have been able to find out from the Internet, someone is conducting quests at this object, which is very reckless due to the fact that for some time the area was used by sappers as a training ground.. The territory is overgrown weeds in which mice or someone else rustle... In general, brrr

A very atmospheric place. Probably one of the few German forts that is not guarded and not taken over by any organization. Which also leaves a negative imprint, since there are visible traces of “economic activity” to confiscate everything valuable that was stored there with the help of heavy equipment. There is also trash everywhere outside. But the premises have been cleaned. It is obvious that they were trying to restore order there.

Вот это крутое место, правда заброшено. Но я часто посещаю. Есть где полазить, есть что посмотреть, но аккуратно.

The fort is excellent, there are almost no people there, you can relax, but even during the day it’s gloomy, a great place for barbecue, relaxation, and just sitting and looking at the views

The place is interesting, but for those who go there to see as many rooms of the fort as possible, the place is not very good, since most of the rooms and corridors were destroyed or filled up during the assault

(Translated by Google) There is something to see, the only thing around is abandonment and ownerlessness, it is somewhat similar to the 5th fort (Original) Посмотреть есть что,единственное кругом заброшенность и бесхозность,чем-то похож на 5 форт
