Near this monument there is a very beautiful park!

Monument by sculptor M.K. Anikushin, installed in 1993. It is a bronze bust of the poet mounted on a granite pedestal. By Decree of the Government of the Kaliningrad Region of March 23, 2007 No. 132, the monument to A.S. Pushkin received the status of a cultural heritage site of local (municipal) significance.

My favorite trees are nearby: three cherry blossoms and a magnolia. They bloom at the same time, at the end of April. Admiring them is a lovely thing!

The monument was installed in this park in 1993, and it looks great here. He brought the place to life with his presence. Benches and picturesque nature, all together are an excellent place for solitude and relaxation.

Where is it??

For some reason, the monument to Pushkin was erected not on Pushkin Street, but on Leonov Street, whose monument was erected not far from Pushkin Street.

Overall, not bad. Cleanliness and order are more or less maintained. The monument, or rather the sculptural composition, is very unique. At the same time, it does not cause aesthetic rejection.

Sometimes I like to sit on a bench on the way home. An underrated and mostly uncrowded place next to a busy traffic artery.
