The pond itself is fenced, but the area near it is completely abandoned. The streams and hydraulic structures are polluted and collapsed. The path is spontaneous, although it is used by residents of Basseynaya and three garden societies. Miraculously, a section of beech forest that is more than 💯 years old has been preserved

I saw that a plot of land was for sale near the lake, almost in the city center. The surrounding infrastructure is simply terrible. The prospects are only theoretical if there is renovation.
