Unfortunately, I do not recommend repairing jewelry. The soldered chain broke again under slight pressure. I wanted to make a complaint, but it was impossible without a receipt and I was informed that the chain "does not show any trace of previous soldering, as if nothing had been done to the chain", which is of course untrue.

I don't recommend it, I took the ring for cleaning and polishing for PLN 100, when I picked it up it was the same as before, the lady kindly took it for re-polishing, which took only 30 seconds and I neither apologize nor kiss my ass, paranoia, I don't know what they charge the money for, total failure, I will recommend this jeweler to all my friends

The service was very nice, I repaired the chains several times and each of them was somehow soldered and left some gaps. I know that not all of them can be repaired precisely. But when you destroyed my chain with a pendant worth PLN 400 with glue, I was already pissed. Now I'm looking for a place where I can correct it after you.... all you need to do is connect the stitches precisely and not cover them with glue.
