They are against Ukraine!!! Put double price and not polite when you show your passport and you are from Ukraine! Shame on you !

Good location and good rooms.

Clean place but walls are paper thin!! So be careful being next to someone who wakes you up at 6am

Our rooms weren't ready at 2pm, but only 45minutes later due to lack of fresh towels. We were dying for a shower so a bit annoyed at that. Everything else was top notch, lovely receptionists and nice varied breakfast, rooms very clean and air conditioned- it was over 30 degrees outside at the time.

Rooms are clean, place is nice, good internet if you need to work, nice staff and good service, well located and they speak English 😀 was really happy about that!

We didn't have a hot water in the shower that was not so nice. The bathroom also could be cleaner. The beat was the staff and the breakfast.

Nice place, perfectly located in the city and friendly personnel. My room was nice and clean, but the toilet button and shower drain cap were broken. The wall of my room was so thin, I could hear my neighbor’s text message sounds and feel my bad shake when he coughed. Be aware that this hotel also has smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms on one floor. Next time I will ask a floor with only non smoking rooms. Elaborate, good looking breakfast. Scrambled eggs were tasty.

Central location. Long stay both times during my trip to Poland. The rooms are relatively small. Big cleaning issues, rooms are very dusty, the cleaning ( basic vacuuming, bed done) is not done on daily basis unless you chase for it. Towels very old mine were with shoes marks on them- better take one from home. Shower cabin was leaking in both of my rooms. Overall it could have been a good hotel if they will implement any cleaning standards, especially when the hotel is accepting pets in the room.

Comfy hotel just off of Piotrkowska. I have stayed in a few of this chain before so you know what you’re getting. Good price, clean comfy room and friendly staff

The hotel is very well located, just close to the Main Street of the city with several restaurants and supermarkets. The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms are good too, but in my case I would have liked that the pillows were thicker. The breakfast was very good!

The employers were polite and spoke English. I also liked that there is a small shop near the reception so you can buy snacks and water. The rooms are big as well as the bathrooms. A table, a TV, a place for luggage - generally everything looked very well and promising. However, when you look closer, you find quite a few issues. The biggest issue for me was hair - on bedsheets, blankets, sink and shower. The drain was broken or not attached properly (it would float while I was taking a shower). A friend that lived in another room also had an issue with a shower and informed the reception. Not enough towels - I lived with my boyfriend and in the bathroom, there were 3 towels - two big and one for feet. I don't know if the personnel thinks that two people can just use a mutual towel or they forgot to give one more- it was unclear. We were staying only 2 nights so I did not talk about that with employers cuz my stay was pretty busy. The quality of the sheets is not the best - it is full of synthetic fabric. It electrizes your hair and for me, it was a big issue. The pillows are too thin - you cannot even feel them under ur head. The breakfast is not bad but not great too - a lot of food is not covered and because of that bread soon becomes very hard, people can sneeze and cough on it and in my case there was a fly sitting on food and flying in the room. But the food tasted fine - the omelettes were pretty good. I liked that there were two coffee machines and a machine with different juices. As I said, for people that do not care and do not pay attention to details, there would be no issues. Generally, it is not too bad but for the price, I expected more. Even though there is room for improvement, we are grateful for your polite service and wish you prosperity

We were there with my sister and our friends with 2 children. Must say, that we all were wery satisfied with the quality of services, polite stuff, and all the services provided in the hotel. Very good and taste breakfests. Clean rooms and bathrooms. We have found there everything we need for our pleasant stay in the hotel. We really very appreciated the location of the hotel. In the city center, not far from the railway/bus station - and good availability to the public trasport too. When we´ll visit Lodz next time - we´ll certainly be happy to use the services of your hotel again.

Clean and fresh rooms good service near to mostly attractions

I will say no to B&B hotels. I stayed for almost 2 hours in a row to check in, and that's not because it was full of people, only one person in front of me. The receptionist stayed for almost an hour with one person. The rooms are small, although I specified that we were 2 adults and a child. just put 2 pillows. Water, coffee, tea were missing. You have nowhere to put your clothes, luggage only on the floor and then no more space to move around only on the bed. I forgot about the heat disaster that is missing, only a "thing" that gives a little warm air and sounds loudly all night. I want to specify that I chose the hotel because of the reviews, but compared to other hotels where I stayed and where I paid, just like here, there is a difference from heaven to earth in everything

Recently built, so it is in good condition. At a great location; Piotrkowska street is 50 meters away. The rooms are clean, and relatively well-equipped (e.g. there is a hair dryer in the bathroom). The breakfast offer is OK, just as the Wi-Fi connection, and the private parking opportunity is a great bonus.

Hotel is ok. Overall clean. Staff more or less friendly. They answered our request but sometimes it felt like they were making us a big favor... Shower seal was broken and the bathroom was flooded. The paint on ceiling in the bathroom above the shower was cracking. Room heating was not working, but we got 2 portable heaters in the room. Checking out is noon precisely and we had knocking at the door at 12.05 to remind us...

Clean, low price, 50 Meyers from Petroska. Well the breakfast is always the same, but the place is perfect for a stay in Lodz.

Well, it should have 3 stars at least... nice and clean room, and also the rest of the hotel makes a very good appearance, including the staff. Coffee and breakfast also delicious and various. Could stay longer than 2 days, definetely 👌 not far to the Piotrkowska and and also the train station is a 10 minute walk. You can have also coffee during the day at the bar, and their own cash machine is also very convenient.

Value for money. A bit run down facilities. Plus very busy street outside but noise level acceptable

Ok. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Rooms were basic and had limited hangars and no appliances. Breakfast was decent.

Staff was really nice. Check in and payment through the app would be nice. Bathtub was loose and tilted forward, creating a water reservoir. Door lock was also shaky. Overall still great.

highly recommend ! I was there one night, we were received very nicely, I got there very late at night and there was no parking, so I parked the car on the street, then the clerk at the reception told me that there is another parking lot on the minus floor, after all I highly recommend it.
