Pros: Very close to temple [walking distance] Full apartment including Kitchen, dining, TV, Washing machine and etc. Pooja room Furnished apartment 24hrs. Hot water facility Cons: Maintenance is not good. The apartment was not clean, and sofas, beds were not dusted at all Ventilation [natural light and air] is not good. Feels claustrophobic Not sure whether linens are washed after a guest checks out

Very close to temple with all basic facilities. I travelled with family and kid. Was really worried about my stay. Luckily found this serviced apartments which was very clean. House has spacious 2 rooms with attached bath, kitchen with vassels and hall with TV. Can do basic cooking for kids when u don't want to feed them outside food. Staffs were extremely courteous and service minded.

I have stayed multiple times in this apartment. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Recommended if you are planning to stay with family with children. It is just 5min walk from the temple.

We booked one 3bhk apartment, one 2bhk apartment and one studio. All of them were clean and well maintained. 3bhk was big and very spacious with most of the amenities. Washing machine, gas stove with gas connection, geysers in all the bathrooms are available in the 3bhk apartment. Really liked and enjoyed our stay here. Good parking area for cars and two lifts available.

Very near to the main temple, cleanly maintained by the service provider. Rooms were really good 😊

Very nice apartment with good ambiance

Neat clean and well furnished. Very good for family accomodation, however i feel it is a tad pricey by sringeri standards. None the less, if going with family , this would be a great place to stay. The entrance is quite steep for vehicles to get in and out though, and one has to be little careful in car park as you might bang against a pillar or wall. Overall good.
