We were super excited when we saw there was going to be a GyG & watched every bit of it go up! 🎉 Thank you so much! The staff were delightful & were helping us out! The food is always faster than expected here! I thought the salad came with beans or rice or something more than just a bit of meat, salad & the salsa. Usually their meals are extremely filling, but this was the first time I was able to finish a regular chips & mini salad! The ONLY reason I went with 4 stars! I love GyG! Honestly!

I'm going to be completely honest, you guys aren't the best, I've had better at Albany creek. I've tried almost everything on the menu and I continue almost throwing up/throwing up. As much as I love Guzman, it hurts to eat. Plus its expensive. This place had so much potential, but I just cannot bring myself to be here. They also managed to mix up mine and another persons order? I'm quite confused on how they managed to do that. I will also add, I've seen a employee yelling at another employee and watching that upset me quite a lot. I feel bad for anyone who has to work in that environment, employee 1 ended up crying and being upset while still making the food. I am so sorry you go through that to that one employee.

I’ve been to the new Guzman Y Gomez at Warner a few times and I love their food. It’s fresh, tasty and satisfying. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is clean and inviting. It’s great to have a different option for take away in the area. However, I have to say that the order accuracy has been a problem. Almost every time I’ve ordered something, there was something missing or wrong in my order. I understand that it’s a new store and they are still working out the kinks, but it’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what you asked for. I hope they can improve on this soon. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who likes Mexican food, but be prepared to double check your order before you leave.

There was no guacamole in the kids burrito (three times), nothing to do because they were takeaway orders and they charged me for it, my partner sent photos and they no longer respond. Shredded/pulled beef is always full of fat, fatter than meat. The guacamole side came with guacamole stuck to the lid but nothing inside, a neat trick to make it look like it's full. Very inexperienced young staff. I'd rather drive further to the next store for a better product.

We’ve tried the new Guzman at Warner a number of times since opening, as it’s close to home. Mixed experiences, but I want to give them a go as starting a new business and building a new team is tough going. Some areas to focus on include quality control and ensuring that all items are in the orders. I make a habit of checking before driving away, as this seems to be a consistent issue. Otherwise, staff are friendly and would love to see them do well :)

Great customer service! But there needs to be some improvements made on how the burritos are made. Months ago at other stores, I was consistently able to get a burrito that was well wrapped and not messy to eat. At this store however, I have consistently received poorly wrapped burritos, where the juices are dripping from the foil the moment it’s passed to me. It seems like the staff need better training in how to wrap burritos - or alternatively, if laziness is the source of the issue - there should be an investigation into the staffs work ethic. The only reason I’m mad about this is because I have always been able to rely on GyG for a tidy meal in the past, until now. P.S. the food was still delicious as always <3

Didn’t want to leave a low star review as the store is only new and I don’t think it’s fair. However wasn’t 100% happy with what I received as breakfast. Ordered 2 “LARGE” breakfast burrito meals and what I received definitely wasn’t large at all. The burritos were small and only good for a child definitely not an adult. Although the drinks ( one cappuccino and one iced coffee ) were meant to be large they were both in small / standard size coffee cups. It also took ages for the coffees to be made, sitting at the window watching I would suggest 2 people making them as I assume the guy was new and rather slow.

This place is a fantastic fast food place! i highly recommend this store due to the kindness the employes show to the customers. they always have a smile on their face even when they're out the back cooking! the vibes in this place are so welcoming and calm. overall i recommend this place to everyone

We were so excited when saw Gyg going up in Warner. But we get a little more disappointed everytime we go there. The place seems to be run by children, the young man at the pick up window tonight had no concept of customer service and they got my order wrong twice. Their breakfast burrito is so good but the coffee is awful. Such a shame.

Honestly never had any issues with this gyg until today. What the heck is this? Since when does a chicken burrito have avocado on the outside…? And the chips were so old they were basically stale

Loved GYG until we started ordering from warner. They never get the order right and it never tastes fresh. Paid extra for sour cream - you don't get any, Paid extra for Avocado- you get a teaspoon size. Ask for added coriander and red onion - you don't get it, but I did get a random frie on top of my Burrito bowl, and legit only has 4 corn chips.. I'll be going back to North lakes from now on.

I come here when I want something healthier and tastier than fast food. They serve generous portions as a thank-you, and the service is excellent.

We were so excited to have GYG so close to home. We have ordered from here a number of times and waited months before we post a negative review. It is constantly disappointing to see orders missing or with incorrect items. In the last five orders we placed from here, none have been complete! We will try a few more times before we give up as we understand it takes a while to build a steady team. We will be happy to change our review if they turn things around.

We had GYG deliver a catering order to our Swim in on Friday Night. Wow - it was a hit. We sold out in 15 minutes - the line up was out the gates. Lauren - the owner was exceptional in her service from suggested what we needed on the night to her dedication to providing service by helping our volunteers hand out the food. She didn't just deliver and run. She stayed to ensure the members knew what was on offer to helping hand out the food and taking time to say hi to our members. Definition of service all the way!!! We will definately be ordering a catering for our members next half of our season.

Absolutely disgusting, charge $15.80 For this meal, that’s not even full. Where is the rest?

Decided to try this for my very first time at about 4.45 today with my partner and dined in. There were no other customers there, and just a few cars going through the drive through. We ordered our meals which were delivered to our table in a timely manner. The staff were polite and friendly. The meals arrived in a cardboard clam shell and looked anemic. The meat in the nacho meal was literally luke warm and almost tastelessand the chips were much the same and were not fresh. The only colour in the meals were the chopped tomato and advocardo. All together very disappointing, certainly won’t be going back and sadly would not recommend. Not surprising that there are so many poor reviews. I’ll awaited the automated reply from HQ!

Honestly one of the best GYG experiences we've had in QLD. We have been to so many, it's our favorite Mexican food when we're visiting from NZ (please bring it to Napier, NZ). This clearly being a new store has enthusiastic, happy staff, amazing food and service - we were blown away! Many of your other stores could benefit from some training or time in this store. As we're staying nearby, we've actually been in for 2 breakfasts and one lunch (with margaritas), in the last week - awesome! THANK YOU! 😊

Look they’re usually pretty good BUT I went there the other day at 10:29am for 2 burrito bowls and was told I can’t get them because breakfast ends at 10:30am. I was denied because of 1 god damn minute. I felt both hungry and bamboozled. Like dude for real?…

Writing this not long after the store opened... The prefab building went up, the new team members showed up and the food started rolling out at an impressive pace. There's even a drive-thru which I find impressive for this style of food. So far the store is impressive. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Have visited this store over the past few days since it opened and wow! How good is the atmosphere?! I love the speakers that play the music outside in the drive thru, I have never seen a drive thru have that before so I think that’s pretty cool. Also, the staff at this GYG are absolutely fantastic and the food is of great quality. Congratulations on the opening team! 🎉🌯
