The best GP you can find. Dr Leili is so professional and caring. She deeply cares about her patients and is always very thorough in her consultation. The receptionist is always very lovely. The nurse is super caring and friendly too. Always on time for the appointment, really appreciate it. Thank you team.

The clinic is really nice and the staff are super friendly. I really like Dr Jacobs and would recommend her to anyone wanting to find a regular GP. While it isn’t a fully bulk billing clinic, it’s well worth it due to very high quality service and on-time appointments!!

Great Doctors Surgery. The receptionist is extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble she is an asset. The doctor I saw was lovely and again nothing was too much trouble. The premises are spotlessly clean and beautiful. I am so glad I found this gem definitely my new doctor.There is plenty of parking out the front and a chemist next door.

New in the area thought I had better check in to this Dr Practice, Hardly had time to sit down before I was out the door had Covid the week ago tested negative the day before visit. Reception lady was nice. Hope for a better outcome next visit.

This is Christine not Belinda. I was welcomed wonderfully as I knew the 2 receptionists already. I was given the form quickly to fill in which I did, then waited to see the physiotherapist. Ann is a lovely lady and she explained to me what was going on with my back, proceeded to see which areas we needed to work on today and gave me exercises for me to do at home. I see her again next week. Thank you ladies for all your help today.

We were there just over a week ago and there was a lovely lady doing some training. Not sure where she was this week, but she was very friendly and professional. I’m not sure what extra training she needed as she already seemed so knowledgeable. I hope to see her working there again as she made me feel so relaxed.

Your receptionist is friendly and very helpful, and the surgery very nice. It’s a little far to come, however, our GP has recently joined your practice and as he is a good Doctor, he is worth the travelling.

In the 2 years I have being going to this practice I have never had one issue. The staff at the front counter do an exceptional job,they are always so friendly and polite. Wait times are very minimal if you have made an appointment. And lastly Dr Leili Imani is the best Gp I have ever had. She doesn't sugar coat anything and very thorough.

The receptionist is very cheerful and keeps the clients informed. My doctor Black is knowledgeable and asks pertinent questions I feel comfortable in the surgery. I recommend this practice in my humble opinion.

Amazing service from all team members! Phoned beforehand and spoke to the very friendly receptionist. The most ain’t nurse Gwen administered vaccines super efficiently to both my little kids, with patience and kindness! Doctors were friendly too!

Recently moved into the area and looking for a new family doctor. It was easy to make an appointment andthe staff are terrific. Dr Imani was very welcoming and thorough with my first visit. All-in-all I am happy to call this practice our new family doctor.

Our first appt with this clinic was back in Nov for my twins 6mths imms. Upon arrival, Nurse Gwen came out to introduce herself and welcome us to the clinic. Dr Leili was friendly and cheerful during our consult and interacted with my babies in a caring way. Fast forward to 4days ago when my son had a reaction to peanut butter. I called the clinic asking for an urgent appt Nicole the receptionist told us to come straight down. Within 2mins of us arriving we were in the treatment room being assessed by Nurse Gwen and Dr Leili. He was given a dose of steriods and monitored for 30mins. The next day Dr Leili made a follow up phone call to check on my sons health. Im extremely thankful for their care and for treating us so wonderfully. We will be back!

Easy to make an appointment here and were very accommodating when i transferred my families records here as we purchased a home near by. The nurses were extreamly good with my boys (1 & 4) and their vaccinations. The receptionist is lovely.

I contacted Family Practice Plus at Dakabin today at very short notice ( ring at 4:22 pm) they were very accommodating and fitted me in within 10 minutes. Being that it was very close to the end of the day I was very appreciative as I did not have to suffer during the night with sinus waiting to see a Dr the next day. Thank you so much for allowing me to start medication tonight and not in 24 hours.

I saw Dr Imani about some illfounded concerns I had regarding my MIRENA IUD. She was SO patient and kind with me and listened to everything I had to say - no matter how stupid it sounded. She adressed all my concerns one by one and did a thorough examination and explained everything I was experiencing to me in slow, deliberate detail. She reallly comforted me when I was concerned. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

This is my second review of this wonderful clinic. Dr Imani hands down is the best doctor. Very fortunate to have found her and I am so happy I convinced my elderly dad to switch from what I believe was terrible care with his previous doctor. I know he is in good hands now.
