Best groom we've ever had!! Very reasonable pricing. The dogs had fun choosing their own treats, the staff were all lovely.

I took our dog Harry in pet stock Lawnton to be groomed We were greeted by friendly staff we walked down to the groomer in a separate room the friendly groomers around and result when I went back to collect our dog Harry I would have to say that it was the best looking groom that he has had toe nails cut nicely his tail just perfect and ear not too long just right we are very happy best of all Harry I think enjoy it there I have no hesitation in recommending the lady there THANKYOU we will be back!

This have been my local pet store for many years but after going today and asking for a price match (for a rescue group) I was given the run around about covering costs and shipping. If you don't want to price match then don't advertise that you do! I decided to leave without making a purchase and went across the street to Pet Barn who were so much more accommodating and give better pricing for rescues as well as price matching. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!

Very friendly service and good advice. Everytime we visit we are greeted in a friendly manor and served promptly.

If I could give no stars I would. About 2 months ago I got some plants got them home when I put them in aquarium seen a snail in the bottom of the bag . Rang store to let them know and was told there's nothing they can do about it. So after pulling everything clean out will not be going back ever again

I had a great experience at this store. I called up about grabbing a cage from their store as the website wouldn't let me click and collect. The lovely staff member put aside the cage for me and I went and picked it up the next day. Next day new issue, won't fit in our car. Lovely staff again super helpful, suggested we take it out of the box and should be able to fit it into our car. We borrowed some sizzors and got it all sorted. Overall this store made my day so much easier and all staff were just lovely. Also had a great range of products and was even able to grab stuff for my chickens too, as well as my bird.

Great selection of coats for dogs, so much better than a well known competitor. Also purchased a harness for my new rescue dog and the lady took so much time and care helping us select the right one, fitting and adjusting several to try, nothing was too much trouble. Hands down my first port of call for doggy related items. Thanks guys.

Was able to get a booking for dog grooming at short notice (next day). They did a wonderful job on our Maltese. Will be going back for sure.

Always a pleasant experience at Pet Stock, Lawnton. Friendly, attentive staff, always a great range of stock at reasonable prices. The value attached to the customer loyalty program is an added bonus. Myself, our two dogs, cat and chooks highly recommend.

I've gotten really good service from here. The first time we came to buy a harness and one of the staff members was really helpful and assisted us with the whole process. Came back on this occasssion to buy a replacement harness as doggo has outgrown her current one. I brought in the old one with me so I could do a comparison. The lady at the counter saw me standing in front of the harnesses, possibly with a confused look on my face and asked if I needed some help. I took her up on the offer. She showed me a few different brands and explained the differences between them. When I chose one and I was assured I could return it if it didn't fit my dog. I also enquired about hygiene and ended up buying the doggy spray gel based on the staff member's recommendation. Shout out to knowledgeable and friendly staff that work here. I've had a pleasant experiences every time. The harness is a great fit. Doggo 🐶 is really happy with it 🐾 !

Easy to find, very friendly staff and had a great range. They had what we needed when other pet stores didn't have any in stock.

Placed an order last Sunday and things still haven't arrived. Not there fult however they may need to look around for a new surply company.

Excellent, friendly service and are very easy to approach. The gentleman helped me a great deal and even checked in to see if a needed an extra hand while browsing. Unfortunately I purchased the incorrect product however staff were very helpful with exchanging for the correct product for my needs.

Staff are rude, unprofessional not a nice experience attending the store. Don’t bother asking to price match you will be wasting oxygen.

Pet Stock Lawnton is your one stop pet shop. I recently adopted a gorgeous new puppy and Pet Stock helped me with all my requirements from leads to bedding treatment, treats and Puppy Training School. Kim is a Godsend who really knows her stuff. I highly recommend her to help train your fur baby. Excellent hints, tips and treats included in the school plus helpful take home hand outs to remind you what to work on for the week I can’t praise the staff highly enough. They really super friendly and know us by name🥰

Update: Purchased a rescue kitten here, Spike, who has very much made himself at home. Many thanks to the friendly staff at PETstock Lawnton and Best Friends Felines. Was met at the door by the manager's Labrador. Very friendly pooch. Oh, the store wasn't too bad either.

The staff here have a real problem with price matching. Stop acting like you're the CEO of Pet stock and just do your job 🙄
