Renewed our membership cards but they would scan so we couldn't enter any of the draws for prizes. Had to ask 3 times for my drink order before it eventually came. One of our meals was wrong and had to be sent back and the dessert took forever to arrive. So not a good night at all. Yes it was very busy and the staff did their best but I really don't want to go back there again.

Very good lunch at Crave Cafe. Must admit, pleasantly surprised on the quality. Had the steak sandwich and one of the best I've had. Chips were fresh and clean, and yum Mayo comes with. Nice atmosphere for a cheeky lunch during the week. Beer on tap crisp and fresh. It's definitely worth a visit. Enjoy!

What’s supposed to be a beautiful Sunday night gathering with friends, it turned sour as the kitchen stuffed up my beef filet, that supposed to be medium cooked but 90% was still raw. Reluctantly, I returned it to have it grilled a little bit more but they rejected the idea as against the policies. 30 minutes later, and after all my friends finished their dishes, my fillet arrived… so cooked that I struggled to cut it even with the good serrated knife they provided. I was so annoyed that I returned the plate intact without ordering anything else. Stuff offered free dessert and drink- like that would sweeten me- but I declined while my friends were waiting for their dessert, which arrived 25 minutes later! The menu had only 3 options of desserts, none needed to be cooked. It was a sad reminder of why we didn’t visit this place for a year and a half- they stuffed up our food back then too. This time, we’re not coming back for good. BTW, they didn’t charge us for my dish and we got the cheese bread for free. Very bad service.

The food is great and portions generous. Having a kids club is an amazing bonus with game consoles, a playground, and many other activities to keep kids of all ages occupied. The service is beyond exceptional with attentive and friendly staff. The cocktails are also strong which may be a plus or minus depending on who you are. It was my birthday so definitely not complaining here. The only smudge on the experience was the less than welcoming staff member who signed my two boys 3 and 5 into the kids club. It would have been nice with such young kids if they were actually greeted and a little warmth shown. It was uncomfortable for them and me as a first experience to be treated as an inconvenience rather than people. It was a shame as it was from the start so not even explained away that they were loud or difficult. Unfortunately, this led to them wanting out 3 times in the 45min they were there and not being keen to return. This might hinder us returning sadly.

Had high expectations of the Banyan Signature Reef and Beef. Ordered medium rare but it was more on the rare side for me which was okay. Didn't care for the bugs which tasted bland and didn't have any sauce. While the beetroot coulis was nice I would've must preferred chips & salad. It's worth joining to get a discount on food and drinks. Shout out to the friendly and attentive staff.

A very modern Club, with everything you would expect is there. I went there for a BBQ school and really enjoyed the club as well. Good sports bar area plenty of room with large screen TVs so you can see. Good range of on tap beer. Did have an opportunity to try the food but still what they were serving and looked very tasty.

1st visit to watch the Fury v Wilder fight. Booked a table for Sunday lunch. Typical pub/club fare, enjoyed enough to return again and sign up for membership. Whilst not a deal breaker is there ANYWHERE in town that can actually cook a steak correctly ? Seems medium is par for the course for an entire city 🤣 Service was polite and friendly, even when under the pump 👍

North Lakes Sporting Club is located at 36-42 Flinders Parade, North Lakes, QLD 4509. One of 3 licensed local Sporting non for profit clubs run by the CSC Group across the Moreton Bay Region. This club is a great meeting place for family outings & friends to enjoy a meal or a drink in one of the areas that this club has onsite. I found the place to have a great ambience & the staff made you feel comfortable during our initial visit to this establishment. Enjoyed a delicious lunch on the day, it was certainly value for money 💰 Plenty of room to move around, enjoyed the Sporting bar area as well as the Gaming room which has a large number of pokies! This club looks great, is well maintained & run by people who care about their community. North Lakes Sporting Club has a wonderful undercover drop off entrance where people with disabilities can be dropped off with no fuss. Plenty of open air car parking is available around the club outside premises. I would suggest on busy occasions that you make a reservation in advance. There is an excellent children's room available nearby the main restaurant 😀 A very good place to enjoy some quality time in the North Lakes community.

Waited way too long for food. Steak was extremely under cooked and inedible. Dining experience was awful, my birthday was ruined, and my in-laws were disappointment. Please do not make the mistake of going to this establishment. The staff were unfriendly and it really put a dampen on my birthday. Do better.

Beautiful place with nice live music on a Saturday night and plenty of free car parking spaces.

Fabulous place for lunch. Took my parents there for lunch and it was well worth it. The food was really good, good size servings and reasonably priced. Lovely atmosphere too. The staff were all super friendly and helpful - highly recommended.

We had a family lunch for our son's 40th birthday. We cannot recommend this place enough. The staff were amazing and the food was delicious. Young children can go to children's area where they are supervised, and you are given a buzzer so they can contact you. It was truly a lovely time of catching up with all the family. Thank you so much for your care and attention. We will return ☺️

Layout is big! Needs more toilets for accessibility ease. Love the kids club! Cafe food is on the average side but we came last minute. Pretty nice place.

Absolutely loved this place it reminds me of a cruise ship. The kids play area is ran by a brilliant bunch of ladies who take exceptional care of the children with a no nonsense approach in a kind way. The menus is simple but very good and the staff a delight.

Great food always available. The ares within the club are amazing spaces. They are really starting to get a great range of Australian Craft beers in as well, which is really great to see.

A really friendly team makes the experience very pleasant and with three different eating areas there are options to suit most tastes. The main restaurant has a good selection of meals with generous helpings and fast service. There is an outdoor seating area for those who prefer fresh air with their meal.

Great place with different spaces for footy, or dinner, or coffee or pokies or my wife's favourite part, the live music. We love watching the dueling pianos with a wine.

Got the chicken parmigiana. Wasn't impressed at all. Cheese was disgusting and not the right cheese for a parmigiana and the chicken was super dry and over cooked and the sauce tasted like a cheap spagbowl jar sauce. One thing I will say though was the young man that served us was awesome, he got a good tip for his great service. I think his name was Luke I cant remember. He may have been special needs♡

Thought we would try North lakes sports club. Dinner date. Super impressed so far. Entire tap queue of craft beers. Knowledgeable and courteous bar staff. Dinner arrived 4 minutes after we ordered it. Super yummy also

I came here for a family dinner, the wait staff were dreadfully pleasant and respectful, the food tasted amazing, the place was very clean. Bit expensive, but that's the times I guess. Even if you're picky like me, it's a fine place to go for a family meal.

Spacious and modern design. Good range of tap beers and bar food, very good chips. However, the restaurant food is so bad. I thought they improved under the new name and brand over the years, but still as horrible as it was. Most of the fine dining alike dish like chicken and pork are just precooked food and reheated, and put some sweet sauce on those… Still a great place if you just want some chips and beers. Avoid their restaurant food!

Our experience last night was amazing, Dakota displayed amazing customer service skills,helped us out with finding vegetarian options for our vegetarian family members.calmness that she displayed being super busy when my little one dropped water twice on the table. 5 star service ,that’s the kind of staff we need to hire in any business. Amazing… and exceptionally good skills.

A very good menu with a nice variety of different foods available. The staff are very good and helpful, and the food and drinks came out very quickly after I had ordered them. All in all a nice place for a meal.

The Semifreddo dessert here was amazing! I am definitely coming back for it again. Service was great too. Although, I’m confused as to why I was asked by three different staff members to see my drivers license/ID all within five minutes. I don’t even drink alcohol.

To be honest the service there tonight was terrible. 3 out of the 4 meals we ordered were wrong on Sunday nights we were told kids are meant to eat free to which we were charged $21 dollars for there meals I expressed my views to the waitress upon paying the bill As to which when I was walking out the restaurant, I Heard. The waitress that had served me and another waitress having a whinge to a security gaurd in the middle of the foyer About myself and my family, to see them pointing at me as I am leaving the venue, Was totally disrespectful!!! I am not impressed I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for anyone wanting to enjoy a nice evening with there family I would of been treated better. Getting a happy meal from McDonald’s

Great club, very relaxing. The restaurant always does good meals as does the cafe with plenty of nightly specials. Good range of tap beer as well as craft beers on tap also.

Its not bad but every time we go we seem to get the same waiter who doesn't seem to have a 'feeling' or 'timing' for customer service. I like being asked how my meal was but not 4 times and not while my mouth is full. I like the flavour of the porkbelly salad and I know this meat is fatty but it was almost 100% fat, so not very nice and also not crispy. The ladies in the play area do a fantastic job and one of the reasons we come back. My little one loves the play area.

Brilliant meal, wouldn't hesitate to go back. Really relaxed atmosphere. Could do with some music going in the background while we ate though. Other than that the staff were really welcoming and attentive. Definitely would go back again

Great place to catch up with friends. We had steak, prawns, fish etc and all 7 dishes were yummy. The gentleman man who looked after us Ross was friendly n helpful with a good sense of humour. Thank you.

Service was quick and efficient but I asked for crumbed chicken on my salad but even though they do crumbed chicken schnitzel they could not do it for the salad only grilled. Overall the meals were nice and the service good. My membership card was out of date but as I was going to renew it they priced the account at membership rates.

Great atmosphere. We've had dinner here several times and food is great. As a parent love that the kids can go play in the kids club while the adults go have a play on the pokies too. Kids love the club and ask if we can go often. Better value when you select the specials dinner menu they have, otherwise can be a bit pricey for a regular dinner for a family.

Staff were very rude when they brought out a meal which was incorrect, we informed them that no one had ordered the meal. Staff member came back 3 times stating that someone at our table had ordered it even after a number of guests kept telling her we hadn't. Calamari was overdone and when we questioned the same staff member she replied with " well they are busy ". My youngest child ordered a kids meal and we never received his drink or ice cream, very disappointing night.

Nice place with great friendly staff. Food was expensive for what you got. A piece of barramundi, half a roasted potato and some greens for nearly $30 is not a meal, especially when you are left hungry after that. Could not change the meal to chips and salad like most places will. Will not rush back

I took my family out for dinner here, the wait is quite long no option was given for children's meals to come out first. (4 hungry children) we wernt given the drink/dessert vouchers for the kids meals. We have to flag down a waiter so we could order. When ordering drinks I was charged 2 different prices for the same drink. I asked for tequilas sunrise pineapple juice so you charged me for the bottle of pineapple juice. I've never been charged for the juice before, in the least you could have given me the remaining juice in the bottle. Charged me $3.30 the first drink and $2.20 for the second (just for juice both tall glasses) At least be consistent. An option of what tequilas would be nice the first one was $7.50 and the second was $5.60 it's disappointing to feel like I've been taken for ride. I left there feeling very disappointed. Absolutely atrocious behaviour from the security there. Our sober driver was told he was over the limit and another member of our group were both cut off. The security guard then left and the waitress took our orders and cards for more drinks. The security guard then decided to come back and tell us that they had to leave after the fact. They were being completely sensible and it was a totally unwarranted behaviour from the security. Will never come back after this. It was a great night until that point. Facilities are great but the security guard was on a power trip. Our group of 7 will never be coming back. He wasn’t reasonable at all

Very friendly staff. The decor is nicely done. The lunch meal we had was not good. NZ fish, chips and salad was average however steak was terrible. Full of gristle and fat. Complained to waitress who took meal back to replace it but second steak not much better. We were offered a free drink but declined. Staff were apologetic.

If I could give no stars I would. We came as a family last Sunday to celebrate a birthday. We ordered 12 meals and they bought out a wrong meal. After waiting for ages we questioned where the correct meal was. When we addressed the issue with wait staff it was basically an argument. Given the service and food was poor and the fact we spent over $500 we felt it was reasonable we got the delayed meal for free. It was very delayed!!!! No way!!!!! Again we had a stand up argument with the waitress. In fact she was down right rude. Never again will we return.

Food is ok, not great but edible. Menu changes removed both the foods I like and then did the same with the food my partner likes. Kids club is great so have to balance mediocre food with convenience of kids not underfoot.
