Always a delight to shop at Ikea for the large variety of items on offer right from furniture, kitchen items and upholstery. Easy to spend hours in-store, meandering around the various sections, taking in the sights and ideas for your home. Good to see Ikea regularly update the menu in the restaurant section, while retaining the eternal favourite - meatballs.

I’ve spent so much time at IKEA recently… Tiring but awesome, love the showrooms that give you a real appreciation for scale and possibilities. I also enjoy eating at the restaurant. Crazy, I know. The meatballs are just very comforting. I love the efficiency of the systems. Just easy. They also have an excellent wardrobe building program online which allows you to customise your wardrobe, see it in your space, and then put together the list of items to get to make it work.

Plenty to choose from. Easy to follow instructions. We've been back many times and always found what suits our home. Bonus $10 when we spend over $100.

Love coming to ikea. So much to see and so many great deals. The breakfast and lunch deals are very good. We had a great breakfast for two people for $23. Always clean. Plenty of seating and friendly staff.

Unbelievable! This place has it all going on. We didn't get to see it all because it would clearly take up the whole day. Seriously though, I do not think I'd go elsewhere for furniture. Ikea Rocks! - even the sneaky breakfast was great!

The food is great value and often a favourite for my client to dine at, however this morning I found a big long black hair in my meal. When I had told the young check out girl she rolled her eyes and carried on folding flyers ignoring the WHS concern.

Friendly staff that are more then happy to help. Had friendly service in the store. Staff member had finished work and was leaving the building, saw me lifting heavy boxes into my boot and still took the time to offer to help me put the heavy boxes into my car, even though they were technically off duty. Was very much appreciated! Would highly recommend this store. Great friendly staff here.

As far as IKEA’s go, this place was great. I went on a Monday morning, so the usual sprawling chaos that you would find on the weekend was absent. The store was well laid out, and the staff were generally helpful and attentive. To keep your sanity and significant relationships in tact, I highly recommend avoiding this place on the weekend.

Like any IKEA, you can easily get lost in the showroom. Large selection of furniture and homewares. Furniture is not always of the highest quality but this reflects in pricing. Their selection of food items located on the ground floor is also worth a look. Cafe on the showroom level.

Recently purchased some shelves for my daughters toys. So easy to assemble and great quality. We also bought the $10 train set and my daughter loves it. Great size and easy assemble

IKEA is no one of the most go to shops for home items. Love how cheap their prices are. But mostly love the designs.

I used to love IKEA and my parents still own and use a great desk they bought from IKEA in Switzerland over 40 years ago. But now, like most companies, the quality of their goods has fallen off a cliff as most of their goods are made in China and they are complete rubbish. The last straw for me was this ridiculous woke behaviour they have started where they turn off half the lights for an hour in the morning and turn down the music. Supposedly this is for people with sensory overload issues to shop???? What a ridiculous concept!!! Stop pandering to minuscule minorities and look after your customers IKEA. If someone does exist who has trouble with lights and noise, nothing is stopping them from putting in ear plugs and wearing sunglasses!

I am pregnant and was struggling with a large box on a trolley and multiple items when my toddler decided to have a bit of a meltdown as we were going through the checkout. After death stares from two nearby staff members (I assume the crying was offending them) my mother offered to check out and pay for me as well. I tried to calm down my toddler away from customers and staff, not wanting to disrupt anyone but could see my older mother was struggling with the large boxes, with the gentleman staff (at self serve checkout at about 1:15pm on 18/9/21) just looking at her. I went to help her as she asked him politely where the barcode was on that item as she was h able to find it. He pointed “down there” from so far away, was no help at all. She was unable to get to it so I had to put down my screaming child, get down on all fours, fumbling around, can’t find it… and lift the heavy boxes to do it myself, without one staff member offering to help at all, or even just point it out better to help me out. This is not my local Ikea but we went there as they had some items in stock that the closer store did not. I was DISGUSTED by the treatment, lack of customer service, lack of compassion and lack of manners the staff members had (particularly the younger man at the self service check out we went through). I would never in a million years return to this store and give them my business. God forbid staff actually do their job or be polite in a time where so many people have lost jobs or are unable to work.

Worst experience possible with 3 different staff and the poor process after a click and collect picking error. I did not once feel valued as a customer and did not once feel like anyone wanted to even try and help me. Order number 181205968 call me if you want the details.

I love ikea❤️ so easy to furnish the whole house with furniture that is affordable and stylish.. The storage ideas are amazing and almost everything can be adapted to fit. Also easy to update stuff I already have❤️. I also love the breakfast🍳🍵

Great place to visit and look around and dream - but when you order and have to go and pick up - especially if its at the warehouse in Logan - be preparred for some good young fashioned Gen Z service... especially when needing help to load your vehicle with heavy items that you've paid an arm and a leg for to put together yourself!

I really enjoy IKEA at this location, it is my local area but I have also been to other Ikea like Logan. This store has just as much variety and their clearance area is my favourite place to stop by and have a quick look. Food is always good for the price.

Always a fun experience. The displays are intricate, and the products are clever and useful. You wouldn't know which Ikea you were in once inside though as the standard across each store is almost identical.

Great Staff, very helpful and great customer service. The food at the restaurant is amazing & such a great price. The staff in the wardrobe section are so helpful & go above and beyond to help customers. We have had 3 WIRs & 2 TV Cabinets desgined + installed by IKEA NORTHLAKES. Each time we have had nothing but amazing experiences. The quality of the products for the price range is incredible. 10/10 recommend.

I was having trouble with the self checkout on the weekend and Arosha came over and was so lovely and helped me scan all of my items. I hope she’s working there next time I go in so good to see a friendly face, totally made my day

Went to try out restaurant. Lots of good value options available. I had the Swedish meatballs. Hubby had fish and chips and garlic bread All were nice. Endless soft drink $2.00 Coffee $2.50 Deserts look good, I am dairy free so missed out on them and the coffee as milk alternatives not available.

Friendly staff, very helpful. My Daughter won an ice cream by finding aliens which was very entertaining, keep the games coming. I look forward to going back for more and a meal.

We went in with some specific storage needs. Some items of interest from Internet searches were not suitable on actual examination but we readily found better alternatives. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us with a couple of issues. Highly recommended but you need to allow a few hours time st least for your visit

Friendly staff in a store that provides inspiration for almost everything in your home. Even with dozens of people around, doing their shopping or getting inspired, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Parking is easy, and the location is convenient as it's just off the highway and inside Westfield.

We came into the store this afternoon to find a sofa for our new house and left feeling extremely well looked after. Lucinda and Olga in the homewares department are an asset to the IKEA family. They were absolutely fantastic and should be commended for their amazing customer service. They organized for a display unit to be made available due to a limitation in stock, disassembled it in less than 10 minutes, helped us move the sofa through to the pricing area and checked us out in the most efficient, friendly and professional manner that I have ever experienced. This level of faultless customer service is what keeps us coming back to the North Lakes store again and again (aside from the Swedish meatballs) even though it's a little out of the way for us. 10/10!

Absolutely heaven for us.. we bought carpet, shoes cabinets, mirror, tables, bed and wardrobe. Fair price, staff were so helpful. Whenever me and my partner go there always buy something, and you can get alot of interior design ideas.. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

This IKEA in North lakes is well stocked and has an amazing arrange of stuff. It's a bit of a money to get in and out but they've been blended a new Metro style sign board so you can get around the store a bit easier. Still have a lot to see and has good customer service. I was also impressed by the area that had second hand stuff which came in very handy for the bathroom panels I needed. This is a great IKEA store at North lakes, north of Brisbane and it's well worth a visit. It's also very handy because it's just off the motorway and there's also plenty of parking underneath

Their kitchen accessories is the best. All my glass lunch warehouse comes from here. Products are air tight and make food last for much longer. Their pricing is affordable and the quality of their products are the best. Staff are always friendly and helpful and parking is easy to quickly duck in and out without effort.

Our go to IKEA. Having moved recently from interstate you can imagine how familiar we’ve gotten to this place. Always neat and tidy as is the standard. The only downside is the closure of the play area, although I suspect that’s mainly due to COVID health protocols.

This IKEA is located in an extremely convenient location being in inside the classy shopping centre of North lakes. As we all know, IKEA is almost a one stop shop when it comes to fitting out or simply redesigning one's home interiorly. Also competitive with their low prices, and usually stocking a range of quality that can satisfy ones budget. It's definately a store that you can easily get lost in a spend just wanting to improve our homes. I've visited many times, and without a doubt, many more to come

While there is a huge range, I HATE shopping here as you just can't get out. Have to wander through the whole place. Even the short cuts aren't short.

I've always loved Ikea , bring able to walk through all the rooms and actually see how to use and display their products is brilliant . Download the App and use it to scan your items as you shop which enables you to skip the queues and use the mobile checkout where you just pay, instead of having to scan all your items at the exit point.

Always love their cheap breakfast meals and the convenience of their parent room makes it easy for anyone wanting to feed their little ones in private and there's a little screen and toys for kids to play with while they wait👍🏾

Great house of goods. I go at least twice a year. But this year left feeling under whelmed. Xmas shop was not what I expected, very disappointed. I'm also a wheelchair user and there are no wheelchair friendly trolleys. Must do better.

Always so much to choose from here and fairly reasonable prices on most things. Staff are always helpful and friendly. It's helpful to pick products for your home when you can see them on display first. The range of kids toys and bedroom decor is quite impressive, so much to choose from. Get ready to build flat packs!

Came here at 4pm on a Sat (those close at 5pm) and it’s really quiet . The restaurant was closed though . The staff are friendly and there is lots more stock then the Logan store .

IKEA is brilliant always find something you need even when you don't go in for something specific. We love it just bought 2 new coffee tables in white at an awesome price you can't beat them and quality is great! All in all highly recommend a visit to IKEA regularly and like us you'll end up with a house full!!

Great place for getting really good ideas. Always come away with something and particularly like their customer-focused exchange policy. The food is nice there too. The staff are always helpful. My only complaint is my wife who likes to drag me around every single display cubicle. Takes forever but I've now learned Swedish

The Kitchen staff were efficient and nice, but the register staff were depressingly sullen and unfriendly. The pork ribs looked a little under cooked, however they were tasty. I'm thinking mashed potatoes would be nicer than chips.

One staff member showed us the price of the item we bought then it scanned at a higher price at the checkout. Assistant told us we were wrong we went back and got a photo of the price and she still refused to give us the item at the correct price. She was rude and we had to wait for 20 minutes while she was on the phone on a personal call which she ended with okay honey ill see you when I get home
