Great view and Rakesh (helper) is very nice! The food is also good. Place is fully stocked and even had wine glasses so that I could have a drink. Perfect experience!

I don't have words to describe our stay but it was very special so I'll put some points here.We stayed for 4 nights. *The house was always clean *Bishnu is an amazing guy to have in the house. He never said no for anything. *Food was delicious * views are to die for *anything you need is available in the house *Barbeque was very tasty * whatever we asked for, was served to us for breakfast. *Board games, outdoor games,yoga mat, books. Everything is there in the house. The caretakers went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this place for couple, family, seniors. Everyone can have a good time here.

This property is extremely comfortable for family and it feels like a home. The scenic views from the hill top will take your breath away. Food was at its BEST and service by Vishnu was commendable. Thanks for making our time memorable.

Wonderful experience and awesome place to relax with family and friends, highly recommended for parents as well. The view from the property was mesmerising. The property was easily accessible and away from any crowd or noise. The staff was helpful and polite. Especially Bishnu who is a great cook and host as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and VALUE FOR MONEY Cons: - Portion of the food is very small, one might end up being not satisfied or partially hungry (only CON). - Because there is only one gas/burner, the turnaround time is high and if one order multiple dishes, they will end up in waiting for their food for so long (our kids were like crying for food, they were tired and wanted to sleep however we kept them awake to have dinner followed by snacks) I wanted to give 5 star, however just for one reason giving overall rating as 4. Still say highly recommended

The stay was very peaceful and serene. Food was delicious, Sushma and Bishnu made sure we were comfortable. The view from Xanadu is amazing. It felt like home. The monkeys were a pleasant surprise 😀

The Xanadu conoor is recommended IF AND ONLY IF you book all the three rooms ,cos the property absoutely lacks privacy , Its a "villa" in a gated community with three rooms for guests, a common dining room , lounge n balcony , which we felt inadequate for three different group of guests .Even if you laugh loudly, everyone can get disturbed .. Mr Bishnu was very helpful and prompt , Food was tasty and served hot ,Although there were limited choices and you have to order 4 hours prior to mealtime , thats too early to guess how hungry you will be :) Rooms were clean and the view from the balcony is picturesque

It’s a big and beautiful house in a closed community but not maintained properly. The people managing it are nice but not trained enough to manage the house well. The living area was very dirty with food lying everywhere and they didn’t bother to clean. Breakfast time was 8-10 as per the pluck card kept there but he woke up late and served us at 9 with the bare minimum stuff. Actually we found the caretaker very lazy and untrained but he was good natured

The Xanadu is a beautiful homestay overlooking the Nilgiris at Coonoor. The view of the misty hills from the balcony and the lawn was breathtaking. View of the sunrise over the hills early morning and clouds drifting through the mountains were the highlights of our stay. The experience was very soothing. The rooms are spacious and clean. Food was delicious home made food customised as per preference. Staff was very accommodative, hospitable and caring. Must visit this place for a wondeful experience surrounded by nature
