I was dropped at this shop for authentic coonoor tea. They provide samples of freshly made tea, such as masala tea, chocolate tea, plain tea etc. The taste was good. And the product tastes same as the samples. So it's good place to buy tea. Next is price. You can get tea for the same price anywhere in India for the same quantity and same varieties. Then why to load yourself with the luggage. Other things were, spices, eucalyptus oil, different types of oils. Lot of stuff. Chocolates. Etc. Purchase wisely. It is not that they are selling Elixir here which you won't get anywhere else. Travel light.

Additionally, you can explore a separate section where you can sample a variety of teas with different flavours. The shop also offers a selection of chocolates, spices, and other locally sourced goods for purchase.

Plz dont buy anything from here,autos drop here,I didn't know why.They will coax you to show how eucalyptus oil is made,then they will pester you to buy from them by making you taste green tea and leaf tea. I tasted the green tea,and it was horrifically sweet and tasted of only sugar and no green tea. I love different teas and green tea looks light green,tastes bitter and is only enjoyed with Honey.

A really good place to buy tea products, coffee products, oils, spices, chocolates, etc. You can get almost every thing that Ooty is known for here, except for fruits and vegetables. They show you the process they use to extract oil and make chocolates. So they are trustworthy. The price is quiet high, but if you consider the quality, it sounds reasonable. You can buy their products from anywhere in India, but you have to pay the courier charges.

The online order experience was good and I received the parcel on time. Good quality products.

I have visited this place in the first week of April 2023. We had been taken to this shop during Connor sight seeing by our cab driver. They provide masala , chocolate, Geen tea for tasting. We purchased all three type of tea after tasting. But tea purchased is of very very poor quality. Also oils are being sold at relatively cheaper price but it contain camphor oil. Bottom-line is what you taste is not being sold as actual product. When I have shared this with my collogues, they also had similar experience for so called "factory outlet" shops in Ooty/Connor region which are involved in such kind of malpractices. Be very careful before visiting such shops.

Big fraud shop, will sell you poor quality tea and eucalyptus oil, generally your taxi driver will take you to this shop, they will make you taste tea and show eucalyptus oil extraction, but is more of a touristy place and will end up selling you poor quality stuff, please avoid this place! They don't understand that they will get exposed on social media and will have to shut their shop if they continue with such corrupt practices.
