It is a decently maintained villa with a beautiful view of the tea estates. Had fun staying there.. The approach road is good and it is easy to find. You will have to either cook your own food or inform the care taker well in advance to arrange for food. There is a no nonveg policy. The kitchen is well equipped. On the whole it was a good experience

“We travelled to Ooty, Coonoor for the weekend and stayed at Pooja's place for two nights. Since I was travelling with a toddler, I was a bit sceptical as the place is a little far from the main town and about an hour drive from Ooty, however, my husband and I value bnb experiences the most whenever we are travelling. We booked this bnb instantly as it looked gorgeous from the pics and I strongly recommend it to families, couples who want to spend time far away in a scenic and quaint location in a cozy bnb. About the location: Kotagiri is an hour drive from Ooty, and the drive is really beautiful. We drove to ooty on both the days, so it's quite an awesome drive that you won't mind at all :) There are similar 4-5 houses in that locality. The bnb faces tea gardens and beautiful hills on the front and the backside. It's advisable to drive to this bnb before the sun sets, otherwise it might be difficult to locate the place. Amenities: The bnb has a functional kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave etc. You MUST carry your own grocery if you wish to cook. The caretaker bought milk, bread and tea from the local shop for us on both days. Stay: It's a cozy 2 bedroom house, where both the bedrooms are on the first floor. The ground floor has a living room and a kitchen. It has ample space for at least 4-5 adults. They have also provided indoor games that you can enjoy during the evenings. Phone connectivity: had no issues with mobile data or network Connectivity to tourist spots: All tourist spots in Kotagiri and Conoor were 30-45 mins away by car. At last, it's a perfect getaway if you are someone who values experiencing a great stay, and NOT for people who need quick access to city center or the town or even touristy spots. If you have kids- I am sure they will enjoy this wooden house :)”

We stayed there in mid of March, for two nights. It was an unique experience. Monkeys are around, it was awesome experience to feed them. We roam around in the tea gardens in the morning. Well equipped kitchen helped us cook food together. We had very nice time there. We even had campfire in the backyard for a night. Overall great eexperience.Points to take note of,1. Hotels are about 5km from the place, 2.You don't get to see the awesome host.

Amazing view from the property! Good construction and a very unique living experience. The helpers have a great attitude and are very courteous. Highly recommended for a holiday getaway. Top Tip: Don't forget to buy bread from the bakery on the main ooty road (just before taking the turn). It is one of the best we have ever had!

Awesome experience! We stayed here for 2 days. It was a trip with friends aimed at relaxation. Neatly maintained property & most courteous people I have come across in the near past. So i had Been to this Wooden House Cottage and i had found it absolutely astonishing in all of its aspects. The Entire House Cottage is actually Designed & built on Wood - Which gives it a very Good look . The Rooms and its features are all well maintained without any defects. The Services Offered were also good. There is a Small Sit out spot which is good for a Barbeque Dinner. Overall to conclude, This Wooden Cottage is a Great place To Stay - Dine and i would recommend it to anyone

The place is extremely beautiful and serene. A very classy and an elegant wooden house. The wooden house is situated right in the middle of the lush green nature. You open the balcony to pure greenary and nature. Silent and serene , away from all the noise and pollution. The house is well equipped and well decorated and maintained very well. You have a 24*7 help who is there for you for anything that is required. The host is very accomodative and very helpful<br/>This place is apt for a family break or with friends. I would definately recommend this place and its a must visit.

Great Experience to stay, good maintenance for an AirBnb , Neat and clean with good Views. Kitchen equipments were good and clean to use. Washrooms are maintained well, good for family and friends.
