The burgers were tasteless, just a piece of chicken between two pieces of bun. No sauces, No flavours of any kind. Even the taste of chicken wasn't there. Just plain dry chicken. They says their priority is customer satisfaction but there is nothing to satisfy the customer. The charges were too high and it's a huge waste of money. And the fried chicken ended up being undercooked too.

When you think of KFC the first thing which comes to your mind is the finger licking good food. In this outlet it's just the opposite of it. Seriously how can you cook chicken so pathetic? Kudos to you! They don't even have a chicken snacker available here which is really depressing.

KFC at Club 7 Thiruvalla is a great place for singles as well as families. The waiting time for me was more than expected, which was annoying infact. The food was excellent and staff were helpful. It has limited seating area.

*CHEATS AND HIGHLY PRICED* If you are unaware about KFC products and its pricing then for sure you will pay more for your order. For example: You can get 8 piece bucket for 900 at store while you can get the same thing on KFC app without any discount for 560 bucks. Choice is yours. All the value meals/options are unavailable from past 2 years. Just a simple case of cheating.

Over all terrible experience. Such a bad, unprofessional and terrible staff. They made us wait for almost half a hour at an unclean table. as i requested the counter staff to clean the table, i got a shocking replay... " HOW CAN I COME OUT AND CLEAN IT? ". I think after paying so much, he want me to clean the table too.. 🤦‍♂️ as he is running out of staff. Never ever suggest this place to anyone..

The place is good . Atmosphere is good . Service is good , staffs are very cooperative. The food is also great tried their fried chicken , bucket biriyani. Fried chicken was great , crispy, juicy and tender . Bucket biriyani was an utter failure. Can't even call it a biriyani , it's just some masala rice with some gravy . The price is also on the peak , and the quantity is also less for the price . Stomach will still be empty and wallet too .

Ordered a take away yesterday. Was very disappointed with the food. The rice bowl was extremely bland and over cooked. Burgers were also tasteless. The crispy chicken and popcorn were good though. However the crispy chicken was packed in the veg Box (A restaurant which claims 100% veg-non veg segregation). Despite ordering over the app, and them ensuring over the app that food was kept ready, i had to wait for over 15 minutes at the restaurant as the food was not ready in reality. Overall we had a bad experience. Its a very poorly managed franchise which is surviving purely due to lack of competition. For highway travellers i would strongly recommend choosing a different outlet elsewhere.

The staff experience was awfull and not so plesent I had been waiting in the line but they call 2 others who came later than me then I orderd the food upto my calculation the amount should be 575 but the said 815 then we had an argument and then the manager came recalculated and made it correct then the bill became 575 donno why this happened but the food was just awsome was upto the mark of the prize

Had KFC Zinger Burger and Choco Mud Pie. Ordered via KFC App (take away), and received the items within 10 minutes itself, also a separate counter for online orders spared me the trouble to waiting in the long queues. Zinger Burger...the bun was soft but the fillings apart from chicken was very minimal, bit disappointed there. Choco Mud Pie was nicely frozen and tasted good.

Absolutely pathetic. The staffs were unfriendly considering the standards the franchise used to maintain in other cities. They denied to take my order at 8.30 citing they will close by 9.pm. so, we moved to opposite dessert shop, FutureBae and spend more than 45 minutes. When we were leaving, KFC was still open and saw taking orders few handful people. We will never visit KFC Thiruvalla again.

Thiruvalla is a busy town and hence the place is busy. Parking area is available but very limited. I went late around 8.30pm and could find a parking space little away from KFC. Delivery time is quick.

My sister n I went all the way to Thiruvalla and after shopping when we went to have from here by 10.45 am but it was not opened. It was written 11am but even though we waited till 11.20 it did not open. Moreover, there was a big queue also. They did not tell anything and even though poeple knocked they refused to open the door or even to inform us when they'll open the restaurant.

Cheating with billing and packing. Counter staffs are irresponsible and even they don't have any courtesy towards customer. Today I have ordered quantity 5 smoky red chicken leg pieces at Thiruvalla KFC and I have paid the amount asper the dislplay board. In the bill they have printed the quantity only 3 instead of 5 and amount they have charged and printed on bill for quantity 5. Finally they have packed only 2 smoky red leg pieces and handed over the packet to me.. I had doubt on the pack by seeing the size of pack. So immediately I shown at counter and they themselves checked and found the mistakes. This type of cheating is going on there.

2 Visit’s two experience. First visit we ordered zinger burger meal and all box. It was good but they cover up by adjusting the size of the chicken by the meal size.
