I have severely suffered by left leg knee pain and it is increasing day by day. I have taken so many treatments but no result. One of my relatives gives reference about this treatment. I wish to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Anand for the care and support provided throughout my chiropractic treatment. Earlier, I was undergoing unbearable pain in my entire right leg from foot to hip for more than a week. MRI scan showed disc compressions in my spinal cord L3, L4, L5 compressing nerves causing severe pain making me unable to stand, sit or sleep. I consulted 3-4 doctors from Neuro to Ortho. Even tablets or painkillers did not work in my case. Pain never reduced. I was unable to stand or walk. I could not carry out my routine work. I was suggested a surgery in spinal cord and complete rest for a few weeks. I wanted to avoid surgery so was looking for alternate ways. My entire family was worried and my aged mother was crying to see me like this. My family members took all the efforts and searches to find a solution. Finally, my sister living abroad found about chiropractic treatment which is one of the successful alternate medicines widely accepted in western countries. She also found the contact of Dr. Anand, a chiropractor, who successfully practices at Naumika Clinic, in Madurai for more than 25 years. Though I decided to opt, initially I had some hesitation. I recollect my first visit to his clinic: I crawled to get into the car and lied on the rear seat of the car as I was unable to sit continuously even for 5 minutes. Upon reaching Dr. Anand’s clinic, my pain didn’t allow me to sit. I managed lying down on a cot there. There were a middle-aged couple also in the same room waiting to visit him. Seeing my agony, they struck a conversation saying positively about the treatment given by Dr. Anand to her when she undergone a similar kind of issue and overcame it. Her words gave me some comfort and confidence while I was waiting.. My turn came. Dr. Anand carefully studied my MRI report and keenly asked about my pain areas in my legs and the extent of pain locally and health history. He said spine bone re-alignment is the solution to my problem. He said no medicines or ointments were needed. He said after a few regular visits I can get back to normal without surgery. Really after the first session itself I was able to stand nearly straight and walked to get to the car. My car driver, who saw me crawl into the car when I came really wondered to see me slowly limping back to the car immediately after this 1st sitting. My pain began to reduce and my confidence in his treatment increased. I slept well for more than 12 hours after my 7 days of sleepless nights. In the 2nd session, he asked me to take a blood test to check uric acid level. Upon seeing the report he asked to avoid few food items and not travel till he suggests. I strictly followed his words. After my 3rd sitting I was able to I was able to stand, bend and touch the floor and also sit continuously for more than an hour without pain. After 4th and 5th sittings I began walking within my house and able to do all my routines as usual. I began to work on my laptop for lengthier time at home. My pain gradually reduced in further sittings. After my 6th sitting I was able to walk and sit for more hours and walk longer. After 8th sitting I was able to jump and became normal. I started working from office and carry my regular work and now. I eat normal food too and travel longer distances. Beyond his professional skills, his kindness, patience, and genuine concern for my well-being have made each session progressive with reduced pain. Dr. Anand’s positive attitude and encouragement have played a crucial role in keeping me motivated during what could have otherwise been a challenging period. Primary intention of writing this detailed review is to create awareness about alternate medicines and treatment before opting steps like surgery. When I initially suffered with pain, I checked with many of my friends and relatives and found that many have similar issues in their circles. Naumika Chiropractic and Manual Therapy clinic is one of the best clinic of treatment as I had severe back pain and knee pain that led me even not to walk properly but after my treatment with Dr Anand, I am happy to say I am completely fine now and can walk without any pain. Had a back pain for years had three sitting with naumika hospital and followed the doctors advice and instructions it’s way better now thank you doctor

I went for l4-l5 disc bulge . If u go there, pain will increase .I went for 5 sittings in 2020.(during lockdown ) In 2 sittings he told that disc bulge has gone inside where it should be . After 2 months i took another lumbar -MRI and it was protruding as it is and i felt whatever he said is false . He is a perineal joker just, misusing pain of people and earning money . NEVER ever go to him . We should not encourage such people in our society .

Pathetic Place !!!! I had a terrible experience in this place. The doctor stretched me for 2 minutes and said he fixed 2 of my problems one is disk bulge and nerve problem. This is just what we did in PT period in school days . He charged me 1000 when i asked he said he resolved 2 of my problems and was very aggressive. He doesn’t look like a Doctor to me. Please do consider before visiting this place.

I did discatomy surgery last year on L5S1. Last month again suffered with sciatica and this time with more severity. Doctors suggested for surgery again that time i met Dr Anand at Naumica hospital. I was looking for a chiropractor in Chennai....they are charging rs 2000 per session. Googled this naumika doctor,the fee is only 1000 rs,but had better reviews. After taking treatment for 5 sessions,my spine pain is gone,without drugs. Highly recommended.
