Stayed for 4 days. One of the very few decent stay options in Marthandam. Biggest plus is the proximity to Bus stand. 200mtrs. Many eateries are available nearby. Hallway is clean and maintained. AC works well. Fairly spacious room. Bathroom and windows look like they were never cleaned. Full of dirt. Towels and bedsheets are given only on request. Bed is hard (don't go if looking for comfy beds).

When you call & enquire, the guy in the reception will tell you rooms are available & rs.650 for a single non-AC room for 2 person per day and AC room for 800rs per day, but when you go there,he will tell you 800 for non-AC room and 1000rs for AC room He doesn't know how to behave with a customer. Two times me & my friends had the same bad experience from there. Building wise it looks good. But the customer service is very bad.

Looking for a good clean hotel..?! this isn't ur place ... Hard Bed ..Bed sheets & bathroom aren't clean (had spots on them) , A/c didn't work properly, had a foul smell from A/c ... NO Heater in December... Rs:1300 isn't a fair price for this hotel...

It is very good hotel located near of both Railway station and Bus stand i liked it however they should be more careful regarding the cleanliness all though i had a good experience there

Not recommended for family. Rooms lock do not work, the curtain has black fungus growing over it. The walls have signs of previous water leaks, toilet doors, toilet seats are poorly maintained. have no locks visited here as a family of 6, all 3 rooms had similar issue. The staff (at the reception) was very kind and apologized despite the above conplains. The place has car parking which is a plus for ppl who drive here. Do note that there is a hight restriction.

One of the cheapest and safest accommodation for a family. Nearest to railway station and bus station.

Very economical and decent quality places. We explored this as Kanyakumari was fully booked and overly expensive. So we decided to look far. Rooms are clean and well suited for one night rest. Caretaker is helpful and it also has parking for cars.
