    Their response for customer is very worst. I don't know why they are keeping phone in their office coz they never answer phone calls. I'm a woman entrepreneur who is doing online business I have to use courier service min. of 8 to 10 times a day. Due to their carelessness I lost one of my customer and money too.

    Worst courier ever doesn’t send ur package on time. Especially to north india it will take a month to send to north from south. Worst courier in india dont send any package using this. Customer service is worst they have no responsibility.

    Worst service, Dont book by DTDC, When we r booking they says home delivery after transit simply says no service in your area come and collect out office. cheeting the people. this is my personal experiance.

    Scamming delivery guy! The courier delivery guy demands 150 rupees for petrol for delivering from tirunelveli to home (5km), on top of the money already paid to send courier! Extortion! Definitely need to report such fellows.

    I was expecting a package, online tracking shows that they delivered. But when I called them they gave a delivery guy number. He came to home and says causally that my parcel is lost while delivering it to 7 other customers. not sure what to do. very poor and no professionalism. now who will take care of my package value?

    Very worst service. They don't bother to deliver our parcel. Simply they update in the system that it is delivered. If we call, no one picks up. If we go in person, no one responds. Don't ever use this service. You will go mad.

    My shipping address is complete, but DTDC said its incomplete & returned my parcel (less than 24 hrs) back without even contacting me over phone. Strongly recommend NOT to use DTDC courier company. Poorly managed services.
