Fast, friendly service. Food was good. They kept the line moving at a good pace. More seating would be nice if space allows.

“They forgot to cut my pizza, and it look bad. We had to cut the pizza ourselves smh. Them cookies do be smackin though.” I got confused whether this was at Washington or Kalona. Turns out this was in Washington. Sorry about that.

App leaves much to desire...on top of app issues, my sandwich was not toasted, missing sauce and didn't have the extra avocado I paid extra for. The cold cut combo was for later, but I checked due to the first one being incorrect, it was missing 2 of the 3 meats...! Not a great experience! I would have gone straight back, but ordered too close to closing time. I was the only order up...no excuses, I would be less mad if they were swamped, short staffed or something, but they weren't. Still waiting to hear from corporate. They never made it right. I will never get a pick-up order again here. I recommend watching them make your order.

I like that I can go anywhere & get a good sandwich. One suggestion is to offer the online special BOGO50 at this location.

Never stocked up on toppings. I have gone in 3 separate times for a breakfast sandwich and I have been told they are out of eggs. Don’t know if they are really out or just to lazy to go in freezer and get some to warm up.

Hit and miss at this location. Today I ordered through the app for pick up, paid extra for both cheese & avocado and neither were included.

The employees were rude as soon as I walked in the door. When I asked for an extra scoop of seafood on my sandwich, which I obviously said I would pay extra for they refused to make it. I just walked out. I work in healthcare. I'm not eating out for pleasure right now. What ever happened to good customer service?

I've been here many times with no issues. March 8th I came here and left very disappointed. First of all, we wait in line for almost 10 minutes watching them do prep things like make bread and their excuse was that they just opened at 9am (it was noon). I ordered a turkey slider for my 4 year old and asked to switch the cheese to something not spicy. There was a whole ordeal about that where we had to listen to the employees discuss it and how it's not allowed it and it seemed like they weren't going to let us. I've done it at other locations and read the fine print that it can be changed .All in all, they were not helpful or friendly and I hope they put their clock back on the wall. I was on a time schedule and didn't think it was a huge deal that I accidentally left my phone in the vehicle. I give 2 stars because they got the order right and the food was good.
