Very satisfied with the package v had taken. Hospitality s v good. After delivery multiple doctors keep on monitoring.. n lactation councellor miss Rekha helped me a lot wen my baby din latch properly.. Nurses r friendly n cleaning staff also was v promt n helpful.. Hospital staff wer continuously asking if anything s needed to b changed.. The best thing s they Allow husband's in OT n they conduct baby shower events n many more events in hospital.. which s something new in mysore.. I highly recommend this hospital n doctor Madhura ..

The best women’s and children’s hospital in Mysore, starting from the receptionist, the team is incredibly friendly and welcoming; they are always available to provide any necessary information. Dr. Madhura Phatak was our treating Gynaecologist, and she is truly exceptional. She was consistently helpful, ensuring that everything was on track and addressing any doubts or questions we had. My wife was admitted to the hospital at night, and the delivery took place around 3 in the morning. Dr. Madhura was dedicated and rushed to the hospital, being there for the delivery, and we greatly appreciate her unwavering commitment to her patients. We had a normal delivery and would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to her for her exceptional care. We extend our thanks to her for the outstanding support and care she provided. The hospital’s nursing staff is both friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team maintains cleanliness in the rooms. Regarding the billing department, Mr. Aftab was incredibly helpful. He streamlined the insurance process, ensuring there were no delays or complications, making the entire process smooth and straightforward. Thanks to him. Lack of staff members. After my delivery I was shifted to MICU for observation,they told me I should be in MICU for about 2hrs but without staff members to shift me to ward I was there for about 4hrs in MICU. Best thing in hospital is only Doctors,we can have best doctors. We took delux ward, wards was so small and we where not comfortable also, worst housekeeping and maintenance.

Awesome and good experience for me in terms of getting my wife to hospital at the neck moment. Came from Virajpete and Dr.sonia mandappa and staff was too good. Had a C section and had a baby girl. 3 days was good in terms of nursing staff, security, doctor, Dr. Chethan B was too good as well. Had 1 more day extended for the jaundice of the baby. Ample parking Good staff, Good nursing staff Good doctors, Good rooms, Improvement Pharmacy, staff and billing team coordination needs improvement. Billing person needs inter person skills and needs improvement in all way.

One of the best maternity hospital in Mysore. The billing department, house keeping and nurses are very friendly and they treat you really well. Very special thanks to Anitha from house keeping who took excellent care of my wife when she was admitted. Another special thanks to Santosh from billing/administration department who helped us with all our queries with respect to insurance claims (self claim). Have to mention the courteous service of security personnel as well, really good to see them welcome you with a smile. We opted motherhood Mysore for our child birthing because Dr. Shweta Nayak was now practising here. She is one of the best doctors we have come across. She listens to all your problems and gives excellent suggestions and also remembers little details. She makes sure that you are very comfortable, builds confidence in both parents and also looks after you like a family member. Another wonderful doctor whom we met here was paediatrician Dr. Suhaim Afsar. He is a fantastic person to interact with. He is very knowledgeable, very calm and doesn’t make you panic. Especially for first time parents a doctor like Dr.Suhaim is a boon. You also have a lady radiologist here and also the scan printouts are really good. Those who are interested in seeing the baby developments in scan reports can be happy about the printouts that you get here. The only few cons that we experienced here were: 1) rooms are very small compared to Motherhood hospitals in Bengaluru. Ventilation and spacing could have been better. The worst was the washrooms inside the room. Due to lack of proper ventilation the washroom used to stink a lot wherever you opened the door. Thanks to house keeping who used to spray room freshners whenever requested. 2) Packages are little on the higher side. Canteen is not available but the patient food is delivered by some person and you can ask him to deliver food for attendant too at an additional cost.

Great experience. All staffs are kind and responds quickly. Dr. Madura pathak is a great human, I’m thankful for her for making my pregnancy run smoothly and guided me and took care of me personally during my delivery.. I decided to give birth at Motherhood hospital Mysore bcoz of Dr. Madura Phatak. One of the best Gynecologist and Obstetrian I have met so far. She has utmost grace and patience to listen to our problems and suggest the right solution for each of them. It is an absolute blessing to find such a doctor who gives so much of moral support for a patient just by her words or presence. One of the best decision I took I should say in choosing her. Thanks to Madura mam and her team. Dr. Suhaim (our pediatrician) clarrified all our doubts. Thanks a lot to Dr. Suhaim for suggesting what is best for our baby. Can't thank Dr Amrutha(Pediatrician/lactation counceller) enough for all the great advices for all the problems I faced post delivery. After we were shifted to the ward, all the doctors and duty doctors visited and made sure everything was fine. Nurses arrived as soon as we pressed the button for help. I don't remember the names of all the nurses. Thanks to Mrs Fancy and team of nurses for doing such a fantastic job. You really made us feel very comfortable. Thanks to the management team. Special mention to Rejidha, Chaithra, Krupa and Santhosh. Overall I would definitely recommend Motherhood hospital Mysore since we felt so comfortable and the management team made sure everything was fine.

I recently had my first visit to MotherHood and met with Dr. Suhaim and it was a delight. He immediately made me feel very comfortable and it felt as if he had been my doctor for years. Only the doctor's consultation is good(Good for OPD).Rooms are very congested, Washrooms hygiene is not up to the mark. Nurse stations are the worst even after charging a hefty fee they don't even provide basic care for new born babies even government hospital nurse's provide proper details for new mothers and take care of new born babies, Server will be down most of the time,If any one wants to get government hospital treatment after paying hefty medical fees they can visit this hospital.

Good experience for me in terms of my delivery from Dr.Sonia Mandappa, has always been very supportive in clearing all our doubts . 3 days was good in terms of nursing staff, house keeping & security. Paediatrician Dr. Suhaim was good as well. - [ ] Few suggestions :: all the consulting doc like the lactation, Physical exercise instructor, Pediatric Otolaryngologists, Dietician everyone comes together during the 2nd day request you to divide it so that the mother is not bombarded with a lot of information. - [ ] Request you to let the baby photo shoot lady to have a little patience with the new born. - [ ] All the nursing staff to have the same patience n resilience with the patients which they have on day 1. As the days 2nd are most difficult for the c section mothers. Paediatric ward staff is not good, I always go with the appointment but the nurses don’t have an idea of who has taken the appointment n come n who hasn’t. To check the baby’s temperature also we need to tell them. They are not well organised. Overall Dr Sonia Mandappa, Dr Suhaim & Dr Chethan are the best doctors in Motherhood

My sister had a wonderful experience from pregnancy to delivery. All the staffs are courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Dr.madhura phatak and team for taking care of my sister and her baby. All the nursing staff and especially, lactation nurse Rekha have rendered great support throughout pregnancy and also with child nourishment. Indeed , it is a great hospital for maternity.

The hospital is good, and well maintained with hygeine. The doctor who treated my wife Mrs Madura phatak is fabulous. The nurse station is good, incharge Mrs Chandrama and others all doing really good hard work and taking care /follow ups of all necessary needs. The housekeeping staff, their work/behaviour hard work is highly appreciated. Finance Miss Nagamani coordinated and provided good explanation of package. VERY VERY WORS part/experience is OPD & IP Billing Section + Pharmacy 1. We waited for one hour in lobby after registration, they haven't coordinated properly with the nurse station to arrange the bed. 2.IP BILLING Mr Santosh response towards the patient/attendee is worst, specially, communication issue, we need to wait for half an hour, even though he is aware that the patient is getting discharge, still he didn't provided the bill on time. Not friendly and not supportive. Admin people are not aware, i don't know, not there to take the feed back, not even one question asked by the staffs , like how was the hospitality, cleaning staffs etc... 3. Pharmacy guy took almost afternoon to evening (actually from nurse station they have informed him to raise indent at afternoon, but after that i only went to follow up at 7.30 pm ) still his reply was , like sir I'll raise in another 10 mini) patient is waiting for tablet from afternoon. Overall I observed that, staffs are not trained properly, how to coordinated internally as well as externally with the patients/customers. There is training issue, internally, need to have some proper guidance and traning. Smiling face is very imp in front office as well. Apologize me if somebody feels bad, but I have given my 100% true info. Thanks Motherhood

The hospital is spic and span..clean and hygienic. The reception staff were very helpful...nurses kind and efficient. The lab technician was extremely gentle and gave all information correctly. And of course Dr Pathak THE BEST

Best doctors for maternity and child care in Mysore Chose this hospital because of Dr. Madhura, she is a gem, kind by heart and well experienced doctor. From 6 years I am consulting her. She delivered my first baby and my second one recently in motherhood Hospital is clean and well maintained. Nurses are good and polite It’s a one stop solution for mother and kids.

Overall experience with the hospital was excellent except some issues with billing: otherwise I and my family is indebted to Dr. Dilip and Dr. Chethan, both of them have been very Co operative in treating my wife and kids well. 5 starts for doctor Madhura Pathak. She is one of the best Gynaecologist and provided with us great service and information at every stage of pregnancy. But 1star for services from hospital cleaning and maintenance staff. We had to wait hours to even get water for the mother who is going through lot of pain in delivery room. There is very little encourage for the mother to push the baby in the labor room. Getting birth certificate from mother hood hospital is a pain. They have constantly lied to us regarding submission of birth certificate form to corporation office.

Worst experience ever, please don't test your patience level in that hospital, irresponsible staff, non responsive, never seen experience ever before. Good for nothing. Its a neonatal care, dealing with sensitive lifes but playing with parents emotions and sentiments. Money minded people, only it matters is money. Not saving lifes only saving lakhs together, please think before you go to this hospital.
