Only good thing about this resort is location and beautiful view from resort, everything else is pathetic. We booked rooms based on reviews and photos in Google, even thought rooms looks ok it is not maintained at all, there was no towel or any amenities in room , bath room lock was broken and plug points were not working and room smelled bad. Pool is too small and not maintained and without any privacy, so we didn't use pool at all. Worst thing was attitude of staff,they were behaving as we r staying there for free, and no one attended call when called for room service. Food tasted good, but for breakfast there was only one dish, putt and kadala. U can book this property for the ambience, nothing else. If well maintained it will be a good resort. PS: there is a beautiful tea plantation near by.

Our stay was awful with most u cooperative staff and smelly rooms. Too many insects and absolute no room service. One of our person tried with recommendation then they started to respond a bit. I don't recommend a stay there if you want to enjoy
