Very kindly and friendly staffs. The estate is near of highway. But when we entering the estate totally the ambience will change. Inside their estate have an old tea factory made by British. We can enjoy very much inside of tea estate. Rooms have lot of spaces attached bathroom and clean and tidy also. Camp fire and barbeque facilities available. We can go and enjoy everywhere in their compound. Lot of parking area infront of our room. Breakfast is good. We loved it very much. I will recommended to all must stay there once.

It was a smooth experience, we had our own space, and we loved the alone time. We had to do some off -roading to reach the place, and that was fun as well. They also have good parking space. The caretaker was just a phone call away, which was comfortable. we felt like we owned the place because of the private space and freedom. We walked around the estate by ourselves and it was just so splendid. Their Black Tea is a must try! In a nutshell, we loved the stay and it was really comfortable, it felt like home!

The location was great, there was lots of beautiful vegetation. The tea estate around the stay was a exceptional sight for the eyes. The rooms were neat and comfortable and had enough space. The breakfast was mediocre. The roads in the estate are muddy and steep and fun to drive. In night, lights around the villa made it better to look at. There was only one member of staff but he was very kind and helpful. The owner of the place was amiable and recommended some restaurants around the villa.

One of the best homestay in wayanad! You can experience a best sunrise and a sunset from there ! The fresh tea plantations and the sun rays are the best Combo! It's an old house in the middle of the tea plantations so you can see the tea factory and tea plantations from there ! Service was really good !! Rooms wete really clean and it's budget friendly!!
