Had a best experience at my vacation time at this place.. Rooms with needed space and the staffs are too good with customer care. Had a great experience over there. Surely my next time too I'll hit this place

This is the best Hostel property I've ever been to. It has a large pool, spacious games area with a projector screen for movie nights. Rooms and dorms are also the comfiest. The staff there are also some of the most fun and friendliest people who will turn out to be your friends by the end of your stay. It's a must visit in Wayanad.

For once a hostel has ample space to keep my saddle bags. The whole area is covered in trees. Common area is massive with lots of options. Food is great. Everything's online ( check in, check out, food), hence hassle free. Ample parking space. Dorms are really comfortable and quiet. Definitely a keeper

A good place for travellers. Multiple facilities to chill post a tiring day of touring around. Staff is really helpful and are approachable for all you queries regarding stay and travel. Definitely would recommend.

This was my first experience with Hosteller and it was indeed an amazing one! The host at the site makes you feel homely and all the staff at the hostel are available for the service 24 hours. The best part about the hosteller is the common area where you get to meet so many new people. Would suggest everyone to visit the property once, you would definitely love it.

It was my first long solo trip♥️ TheHosteller made it amazing in all ways possible! The host Neil and the receptionist Bharath were amazing! They made sure everything was perfect and helped me plan my day. It is a place where strangers became home🫡

The reception is horrible! They don’t understand that it’s a hospitality business. People go to mountains for relaxing, but their behaviour is rude and play oversmart! Their app for checking is horrible and full of bugs! They tell you to do everything online, there is no easy way to checkin. Took us 2hrs in checkin, bed weren’t ready till 4pm. Only good thing is their outdoor facilities. Cramped bunk bed rooms, no ventilation in rooms, no ac, horrible service for sure. One or two staff are good, but they told they are resigning too because of bad management.

The common area is good consisting lots of games and you will meet new people and even the staff and host will play with you so it's fun. It is a good property with very kind and helping staff members. The food was also good and they take your suggestions for improvement.
