The staff made sure we had a comfortable stay, we were there for a few days and felt a homely warmth. I was impressed to see the prompt room service despite the peak season. Every need was catered with utmost perfection making us feel so important. Especially the front office staff Mr.Adhithya was very welcoming and tended to all our needs with the utmost care and diligence.

I recently stayed at the Ministers Mansion resort, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The property itself was stunning, with beautiful surroundings and well-maintained facilities. What truly set this resort apart, though, was the exceptional service provided by the manager, Anand. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and willingness to accommodate our needs made our visit truly memorable.

It is nature friendly resort, full greenery and fruits trees. Very peaceful place. It was a nice stay with family. They arranged camp fire and chicken barbecue in the night which was an awesome experience for me.. Good services... Allmost good

Dates of stay- 2023August 29-31 Room no 5 Name of guest-Shihabudeen plus one The water quality is bad Furnitures are bad quality Dingy outdated wardrobe No inhouse restaurant No hot water kettle Bed linen not of good quality. Toiletries sub standard quality, no tooth brush or even paste. Rooms are big and spacious, but needs to be re furnished with new furniture, even flooring is outdated ceramic tiles with faded color. No parking facilty for cars, have to park outside the compound on the roadside. For 1500-2000 range one can get a better accomodation than this one. 4000 plus they charge for this dingy and filthy accomodation is exorbitant. Staffs are courteous, but they are helpless with the lack of infrastructure and amenities.

This is not a resort that you would normally expect. The whole place is in a few cents, My guess is around 10- 12 cents at the max. The Check in is at 2 pm. They don't have a kitchen inside the property. Have to order dinner by 5 pm. But it will arrive after 8.30 only. The food comes from Marayur which is 13 km away from the property. We got our food around 8.45. The breakfast arrived at 8 am. If you wait for the breakfast, you will lose the valuable early morning time which can be spent sightseeing. Breakfast is anyway Dosa or Puttu, but food was decent. God forbid you wake up at the middle of the night and find yourself out of water, nobody is going to help. There is no one at the reception. Nobody answers your call. We went outside the property and there are no shops open. It was a nightmare. There is a Pool for name sake, but it is hardly 10 metres with around 4 ft water. They have a filter on at times, but the water was not very good. The you tubers seem to have taken a video and shown a very rosy picture - I don't know for what benefit. The room was clean and so were the bed and bathroom. There is some scope for photography and they have put nice flowering plants in whatever little space they have to make the place look beautiful. And generally about Kanthalloor - The climate aint that cold even in September. You will be disappointed if you come to see strawberry farm in September because the season gets over by August. Then they replant and fresh harvest will be around December

It was a wonderful experience over there . The staffs were very pleasant and quite handling us good . Front office guy took care of our every needs. Rooms are awesome 😎

A really beautiful place to stay.Kanthaloor stands apart from other hill station cause of the pretty flora and indigenous wildlife.And I think Minister Mansion is the best place to stay with a reasonable affordable price and hospitable staff that makes sure u are provided with all u need.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!
