Sometimes even if we get access to the best doctors in town they may not have the time to clear all our queries. Plus, women and their menstrual health need to be talked more about, without judgement or shaming (this is a country where the hospital staff judge you for asking the scanning technician, who also happens to be a female, to use proper lubricant gel when a transvaginal ultrasound is being done on your octogenarian grandmother because of her evident discomfort, so). Vipasyin provides a hastle free environment, where their counsellors (and when needed, gynaecologists as well) listen to your concerns patiently and help you navigate to reach the best available solution.

These guys were really helpful and proactive in addressing my concerns. The knowledge you find online might be misleading at times and that's where you need friendly faces to help you out with your questions.
