It is spread horizontally rather than vertically and that provides a feel of living in independent villas. Each apartment stands apart with their own verandahs and privacy. Quite an airy place with access on all sides. No fear of inundation since it stands on the crest of a tall hill. Different from most of the apartment complexes I have visited.

A comfortable place to live with family . Well located inside d city, , 2nd projec of Hilute builders peacefull place , apartments in 3 blocks.

Worst apartment in Calicut. Not even basic facilities like lift and power back up. Very costly compared to the facilities offering.

A great living place in calicut city. It is a Hilite apartment project in 1.16 acres of land. Total 48 apartments. Water is salty from Jan to May is the main draw back of this area.

The worst apartment by any standards by Hilite group. The location is not good, in the first place. No basic facilities like lift and standby generator. No plumber or electrician available at the site. Still very costly. Only fools will stay there

A quite, aesthetically landscaped 48 flats 3-storied apartment with good gentry... Love living here...

Nice and calm atmosphere though it's situated within the city limits..love living here
