We came in a group of 10 people. We had a very bad experience in terms of the behaviour of the staff. After 10 hours of drive and a confirmation for early check-in. At the time of check-in just knowing that we are from North India. The treatment was really bad. Although we called the hotel and came in as it was mentioned that rooms were available. After reaching the hotel they said we don't have rooms and you have to wait. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Staff are very rude and showing very disappointing attitude to us. Especially the billing staff behave like the King of Kalpetta. Please don't go there.

Sivetan’s magical cooking 🥘 it’s a part of Indria Hotel Kalpetta.near the local bar.specials - beef,pork and dosa. I jus visit this shop today with my friends.nice taste and little price.☺️
