1) No WiFi 2) No Heater (available only on demand) 3) No network apart from JIO 4) No contact during emergency. 5) No proper road facility. 6) Need to travel 50 to 100 mts if you need to request something. Preferred only for bachelors and low budgets. Not for family. I don't know how OYO providing this kind of low service. Never ever try this hotel if you are traveling with Family. While returning I tried to move towards Palani Road View Point, due to improper GPS calibration and by seeing the board as Palani Road which was covered with grasses, and ended up in dead end in the mountain You can't see road during December month and you have to travel only with GPS guidance but travel with caution.

Hotel location was amazing and fantastic, unfortunately the service was unexpected and worst. The staff was very rude to us, to particularly talk about the manager who had a ego problem with rude behaviour. We ordered veg fried rice for one of my family friend who is basically a brahmin by culture and rituals, who had to find few chicken pieces in the rice and some noodles with foul smell and spoiled taste. Accompanied with my family friends and young kids below 10 years, with the above service all the kids had to starve without food for the whole night. I would strongly recommend this place for its beautiful and amazing location site, but not for the service, staff behaviour and the food quality. Major disadvantages as below: 1. No hot water from geyser 2. No room heaters provided 3. Worst food quality and service 4. No room cleaning at all 5. No Wi-Fi as promised while booking the room oine 6. *** Most rude behaviour by the manager ***

Except Location, Everything was worst experience, worst service, worst management, worst food. Not Recommended for families. This Hotel will be developed if only if you change that Manager. He was rude in behaviour and very careless towards customers.

Manager behavior and way he respond is so rude, no respect towards their clients. Food they serve stinks, even dogs won't eat such food

They scammed me Paid them 10% of the amount and they ummidetly cut the call..not calling back.not attending my calls the the one who spoke me was rude... i would never recmind this place to anyone
