Pros:
5
STAR
for
DOCTOR,
his
EXPERIENCE
and
his
TREATMENT.
Doctor
cares
about
the
patient
in
a
good
way.
HE
is
giving
complete
guidance
starting
from
healthy
life
style
to
proper
medication
for
patients.
Crisp
and
clear
explanation
on
ALL
required
Topic.
Took
sufficient
time
to
explain
about
what
was
happened
and
what
should
we
do
to
maintain
good
health
along
with
medication.
Really
a
nice
and
caring
personality.
Doctor
and
his
team
is
doing
free
medical
service
for
needy
kids(as
informed),
really
appreciate
their
initiative
and
service.
Cons:
PATIENTS
NEEDS
PATIENCE..
One
patients
came
by
7.30
in
the
morning
and
leaving
along
with
us
around
7.30
in
the
evening
completing
all
test
&
formalities.
It
could
be
their
free
service
I
believe.
Aravind
eye
hospital
is
the
pioneer
and
they
have
proved
such
kind
of
free
service
for
needy
people
and
charging
others.
Here
also
they
follow
the
same
strategy!
Hope
they
handle
more
patients
beyond
their
capability
and
expecting
the
common
patients
to
adjust
or
manage
the
long
waiting
time.
Zero
STAR
for
the
front
office
and
their
childish
behaviour
on
complaining
about
the
customer
with
the
chief
Doctor
during
Doctor
Consultation
ITSELF.
Felt
like
I
was
in
a
school
&
in
front
of
HM
!
During
the
registration
process
itself,
I
had
a
bad
experience
from
the
front
desk
staff.
The
male
staff
had
frequent
distraction
from
their
staff
members
during
registration.
He
asked
us
a
data
and
in
between
he
had
another
chat
with
their
staff.
One
staff
member
was
attending
a
telephone
call
in
between
process,
she
didn't
realise
that
the
telephone
wire
was
disturbing
the
person
who
is
collecting
info
from
us
and
customer
annoyed
because
of
that.
It
could
be
the
hospital
manager.
Finally
after
45
mins,
I
asked
about
queue
status.
No
one
knows
about
it.
After
long
time
I
realised
that,
I
was
asking
that
question
to
wrong
person
and
apologised,
if
I
hurt
that
staff
members
while
questioning
their
patient
management
system.
I
had
a
feel
that
my
feedback
was
not
listened
at
the
end
!!!!
Doctor
suggested
a
thyroid
test
at
5
pm
after
reviewing
the
suger
test
report
(taken
outside),
thyroid
results
came
within
30
mins.
But
they
put
us
in
queue
for
another
2.5
hours.
Front
office
person
told
us
that
report
is
normal
while
we
collecting
the
result
copy
at
7.30
pm.
So
without
getting
any
further
Doctor
consultation
on
thyroid
results
we
left
the
hospital
without
satisfaction.
Operation
manager
and
front
office
guy
were
watching
us
while
leaving
their
hospital
with
Revenge
!!!
Atleast,
the
staff
should
get
opinion
from
Doctor
on
additional
test
performed
instead
of
waiting
for
long
time.
It
would
take
few
seconds
for
them
to
complete
ours.
Without
any
reason
we
were
in
queue
for
our
turn
(starts
again
from
initial)
to
meet
the
doctor
on
negative
thyroid
results.
Operation
Manager
not
even
ask,
why
we
are
leaving
without
getting
Doctor
opinion
on
the
latest
thyroid
results.
We
finally
exhausted.
All
staff
members
were
watching
as
like
a
ALIEN
each
and
every
time
during
our
3.5
hours
of
hospital
waiting
time
because
of
the
mess
happened
with
operation
manager.
They
made
us
uncomfortable
by
looking
at
us
and
murmuring
within
them.
We
learned
a
lesson
from
the
staffing
team
and
how
to
talk
with
new
staff
members
in
a
newly
opened
hospital.
I
agreed
with
Doctor
that
"we
can't
expect
perfection
from
Indian
system".
I
strongly
believe
anything
is
possible
with
proper
system
in
place,
Aravind
hospital
proved
their
brand
stategy
successfully
by
balancing
both
free
as
well
as
chargeble
services.
After
all
these
things
we
are
not
comfortable
enough
to
visit
again,
even
though
Doctor
did
great
service
for
regular
patients
and
especially
for
underprivileged
children
without
any
charges
(as
highlighted
by
them
several
times).
My
75
years
uncle
(had
cardiac
surgery)
walked
away
tiredly
without
blaming
anyone,
he
always
bless
everyone
come
across
his
life
journey.
Hope
this
should
not
happen
to
any
aged
people
here
after..🙁
