Cons: 1. Cement plastered pool. After swimming and playing in the pool for an hour, all of my group members had injuries in the feet. Had to use the bandage next day. 2. No hot water in bathroom. Even though the receptionist told the heater is on and you need to wait for 3-4 buckets of water to get hot water, it never worked. Room number G2 if you want to double check. 3. Breakfast was delayed for an hour than what was told. We were waiting from 8.30 and it was ready only by 9.30. 4. Never visit if there is a chance of rain. The open space doesn't have proper water drainage system. We were not able to even walk in the walk ways. Pros: 1. Good location and ample space for activities 2. Tasty food. Breakfast especially was good. 3. Good behaviour from the staff. Welcoming and answering with a smile. 2 stars just for this. 4. Spacious rooms. Good for group stays.

We stayed for 2 nights with family and friends. An overall good experience. Nice location and accessibility. Good ambience, well trained staff. Big spacious rooms with breathtaking views. Good linen and nice bathroom.The resort is spread across a large area with a lot of activities to do from arching to the pool

The outdoor facilities are good. They have zip line, swimming pool, food facilities and a small playground. Auditorium also has table tennis and carrom facilities. Food was good. They had a buffet system. The indoor room might need some improvement. AC in the room was not working but we didn't want to use the ac as it was already cold. Eventhough the room was a four bedroom, 3 people can fit in the single bed and an extra foldable bed was kept for the forth person. In the room provided, 3 people can Staffs are very courteous, friendly and helping. Their behaviour is also very nice. Overall a good experience. Wish them all success

I don't know why this Hotel was underrated... Best Resort with all the amenities for kids and With greater view.. I will definitely visit again for my next vacation..

Pathetic rooms with non stop uncontrollable smell from the bathroom. Just the property is big and jot well maintained. Not a good place for family. May be will work for college get to gather types. And will not consider this to be a 4 star rated. The rooms are just below a 2 star hotel.

A great spread of land can be used for various purposes. The service is average. It's surrounded by coffee and pepper plants like the rest of Wayanad. THDC is close to the Edakkal caves, one of the major attractions of the area.

My recent stay at the resort was disappointing. The hospitality and service were lacking, leaving a lot to be desired. On the positive side, the food was good, but the rooms were nothing special and lacked excitement. Unfortunately, many of the advertised activities like zip lining and adventure walks were unavailable due to maintenance work. While the swimming pool was spacious, it didn't meet my expectations of a proper swimming pool experience.

It was a great stay with fun activities. Should spend at least 5 or 6 hours in the resort to explore the activities. Complimentary breakfast was good but the lunch we ordered in resort was so bad. We were told that hot water is available 24 hours but there was no hot water at all.

Perfect gateway for experiencing a stay in nature's lap. Very humble & helpful staff and the food is amazing. Once u visit this resort you would definitely feel like coming back again. A must visit place.

We were taken care wonderfully by Mr. & Mrs. Jakson at the hotel. They guided us right from planning the trip with my office colleagues (We booked 13 rooms for 36 people) and made sure we enjoyed the entire time we were in the hotel. The rooms are neat and tidy. The food was catered according to our needs, yummy and sumptuous. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, adventure games, zip lining, campfire, other indoor games present. Will HIGHLY RECOMMEND the place for people who go in big groups to chill and relax

Fantastic resort with large activity area and pools. Offers spectacular views. Mrs.Lucy was very kind and helpful in the activity area. Food too was great.

Great place to spend some down time, resort has many amenities including zip line (confirm the availability and price), swimming pool, table tennis, sand volleyball court and badminton etc to stay busy on the resort. The food was very tasty and very reasonably priced. The kitchen staff was always available with a variety of dishes that you will enjoy. All the staff were very helpful and caring including mgmt. and one of the caring staff even helped me in getting Intercity bus ticket for my family from offsite and arranged taxi to places. Over all a reasonably priced stay with plenty of space and things to do onsite! They offer both AC/non-ac rooms. This resort is in a quiet neighborhood and you can enjoy a lovely evening or morning walk with great sunrise and sunset views.

THDC is really very good by nature, their welcoming and hospitality was no doubt appreciable. Their staff was very cordial and cooperative.Thank you very much for your kind support.

We came for vacation from chennai with infant due to emergency situation my wife had serious illness and fainted. In Resort i got a tremendous support from Mr.Paul and his team. Also Arranged blood at night time.Good response from his team even at midnight and taken care baby for a day. Resort CEO spoken to hospital for special care for the guest.They helped us like one of our family member. No words to express our feelings!!! Thank you for your timely support.

Rooms are good and the location is also nice, however there are a lot of monkeys. You will not be able to sit in the balcony of your room to relax and enjoy the view as there will be our ancestors visiting us very frequently. The hotel staff are friendly and cooperative but as a 4 star rated hotel they should maintain the quality of the premises. What is the use of going to a hotel where you cannot enjoy the view and relax for even having a cup of tea in the balcony. The staff uses a primitive way to get rid of the monkeys by bursting firecrackers at times. Breakfast is not at all good and the tea and coffee is like sugar with hot water. The breakfast menu even does not have variety of options from where you can choose from. The staff should keep a check that there are visitors coming from different parts of India and they should keep some diversified menu like paratha , boiled eggs etc. . The area of the property is big and scenic. The food is okay types and if I give my personal opinion I did not like it as there is coconut oil used in almost everything. Its my personal opinion and I am sure people may like curries cooked in coconut oil but I didn't like it honestly. Hotel staffs are friendly and cooperative.

One of the best place in Wayanad to spend peaceful time with family and friends. If you enjoy swimming, even better. There is a infinity swimming pool present in the property. Breakfast was also good. Excellent hospitality by the staff and Special thanks to the Manager and host Mr. Jackson.

We visited the club on a vacation to wayanad as we are members. However we did not stay there. While our visit to see the property we where greeted by Mr.Jackson and he told us all about the property, the rooms and the facilitates they offer. We also did some fishing in the pond and since it was raining we could not experience the other outdoor activities. However in our short visit we where taken care of by Mr.jackson and his wife and thoroughly enjoyed their company and know more about the club and its founders. We would love to go back sometime and experience the stay. They have a great view from the rooms.

Excellent safe and calm. Even you don't need to go outside wayanad .inner resort facilities like swimming pool, indoor and out door game spots excellent. Only thing is food cost is high.spent a three days joyful

Rooms are just average. Not worth for Rs. 7000/- per day. We booked 2 rooms for two days. The rooms are just average with little view. Restaurant, pool and all other activity areas are located about 200 m from the rooms and every time we need to climb up and down this steep road for food or activities. Hence ,there is a huge delay if we order food, even tea from room. On the second day of our stay after our day out, the kettle went missing from our room and when asked, we were stunned by the response from the house keeping that "it might have been taken to another room with no kettle". We complained of entering our room without permission and taking things( we did not even asked them to clean the room) and they were not at all serious about it. We feel that this is not even an option for such high rate and you may consider it for about 2500/- per room per day.

A fun and budget friendly place to stay in Wayanad. The staff are very courteous and helpful. There are multiple activities to do here including zip lining and swimming. Right in the midst of nature, you'll enjoy your holidays here.

It was really nice experience. We were around 35 people including kids. For us it was like going back to our childhood days... since it was a family gathering after long long period. Thank you for being such nice hosts 🥰 The resort was well maintained with lots of activities like fishing, zipline, large swimming pool,outdoor games - basketball, volleyball, badminton etc which made us completely engaged during the stay Only 1 things I would suggest is an elevator... since the activity area and rooms are in good distance and again reaching 3rd floor via stairs was little difficult ... especially when we have small kids 😜

It's a beautiful property with everything you need. If you are a family traveler, the resort provides all necessary amenities such as a good swimming pool, zip liner, karaoke, Burma bridge etc etc etc. The food is authentic and super yummy. Try the fish in case you eat non-vegetarian. The staff is super cool and very very supportive. The best part, we were traveling with our pet's (2 dogs and a mouse) and they were more than welcome anywhere. For bachelor's, there is a secluded section where you can feel the village life with your own kitchen and other facilities such as a fishing pond. A must visit resort.

1 day back we stayed there for 2 days. It is a wonderful location to enjoy with our friends nd families. and the service is excellent. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. Also the food is so tasty.pool xperience is amazing.the games provide for kids nd youngsters is very interesting .

We seven of us had a great stay for two days at Hill district Club Wayanad. The rooms , swimming pool , outdoor area and food were excellent. Mr.Jackson was very cordial and he arranged everything for us as per our request.

Had wonderful experience with THDC. Excellent location for family and friends to stay at wayanad. We have enjoyed the activities including zipline, pool , low rope activities, sand volleyball, shuttle, indoor games. Thdc have children park and game areas. Really enjoyed.

Excellent place to spend a day break. My organization conducted our company day in Hill District and we all loved it. Have all the facilities including auditorium and hall for any gatherings, good, peaceful atmosphere, pool and games for refreshment and chilling. Had a great time here.

I came here with my parents and their friends, full disclosure, so I didn't have to pay for the hotels. Though I do think they're kinda overpriced, I had a really good experience, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff and services. They all look joyful and are always to help you for the smallest favors. Though I still have some minor problems here and there. I'd come to the resort in a quieter time, so it felt peaceful in a way (except on bonfire nights, which is kinda understandable). The gardens are really well kept, they're very pretty and the small park is cute. There's a small houseboat in which you can sit in and have dinner is such a nice idea, and the small adventure course was a lot of fun, though the water under the course is filled with extremely muddy water. The pools are really good. They're pretty big but just not that deep. The Rooms are serviceable, the beds are good, there are plenty of sockets, haven't tried the electric kettle though, but they do replace the tea, coffee, sugar, milk powder etc. The ACs work well, a bit too cold for my taste. And the balconies are well made. The hotel Wi-Fi is quite weak though. The room service is also well done and makes it look brand new. The Washrooms are perfectly fine, I've accepted that no hotel will have a proper hot-cold shower system. It's big enough and has soaps, a moisturizer and a bottle of shampoo, which they will replace for you. The food is pretty good, not much too say about it, you won't have any complaints with it. I think the best part of this resort is the really pretty garden which's really peaceful and fun to walk in, and the service was exceptional I recommend coming to this resort if you want to enjoy the pleasant the weather of Wayanad and maybe stay back here for a few hours and enjoy the outside, maybe decrease the charges :) Anyways thank you for reading my review.
