It is not worth the price. The service is very bad . When I entered to my room there wasn’t towel or floor mats, I called them and asked for towel they said they will come now they came after like 1and half hour after calling many time. While I was exploring the resort I saw some plates near my room and dog was licking that. Even when I opened the bathtub mud water was coming it was disgusting. We can get better services at lodges than here. The food finished fast and they are not coming with food . We waited so much time for food , even it was 8:35 there was no food for breakfast

One of the villas where we stayed had the best view, better than Mountain Shadows or any other place. It is priceless. The food is not bad, the pool was working well with fountains, the Manager Mr. Ajay is quite humble and generous so he will get your needs fulfilled. The spa was good too, time for massage can be increased further.

Everything about the resort was poor, starting from how difficult it was to get in touch with a staff to enquire about a booking, and it required multiple calls/messages/follow-ups to get a response & confirmation. It was understaffed, unhygienic & extremely unprofessional. We arrived 2-3 hours after the confirmed check-in time and yet had to wait for the rooms to be ready. We booked 3 rooms and 2 rooms ended up having an insect infestation by evening. All had to sleep in 1 room, and their compensation offering for this extreme discomfort & disappointment was a joke that we had to struggle for a refund. Not even a proper apology when we asked 'why provide a room when it is in a bad condition?' Instead we received a response from a staff - 'we won't say no, that is not how a business is run'. Shows how they do not know anything about the hospitality industry. Last but not the least, the rates you are charged for these dirty rooms & bad food is way too much. Not worth your money, time & energy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Silverwoods resort along with 17 family members, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and their hospitality truly stood out. Special mention about Chef Vasant, Bijith, Harsha and other staff from Restaurant. Jayesh from Spa, Pawan from front desk ; Mahesh for co ordinating with us from day 1 . Jaikumar with bookings From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome I received set the tone for a wonderful stay. The entire team at Silverwoods was incredibly attentive, ensuring every aspect of our visit was comfortable and enjoyable. The resort itself is nothing short of spectacular. Nestled amidst breathtaking scenery, the ambiance was serene and rejuvenating. The attention to detail in the resort's design and upkeep truly impressed me. The food was a culinary delight! Thanks to Chef Vasant Baskar for accommodating all our requests. We had organised for a cake cutting over night and the team helped us with all our requests which was commendable. Thank you for making our stay so special.

It's a decent place but they are currently understaffed and the food taste is just horrible and not worth paying 750 for dinner at all. Instead there's a hotel that serves meals a few steps away to the left of the main gate that will suit your needs. The bamboo trees needs to be trimmed in order to see the lake view. Regardless of the issues with the food and network connectivity, the staff are very well behaved and courteous.

We had booked the romantic villa room to celebrate a birthday. We called and told them as well, and even informed Mr Alex, the manager, and he was like, "You guys come, we will see what can be done." They didn't make any arrangements at all. They didn't even bother to wish birthday. We check-in late at 3:30 even if check-in was 2pm and also informed at 1:30 that we will be checking in only at 3pm and when we got there, there was dirty plated right in front of the room and it was stinking. Even after telling them to clean it, it took them another two hours to clear it. Rooms are so poorly maintained. There was fungus in the painting right over the bed. The view was also just average as there was hardly any water in the part of the dam in front of the room. Jacuzzi is also not maintained properly, with a crack right in the center, which they had done some temporary horrible fixing. The lady sitting in the reception was also very rude. No hospitality at all. Not at all worth the money. Won't recommend anyone to go here.

Just back from two days stay in this hotel. Thought to share my experiences.... This property is very nice. Limited lake view during summer, not all the rooms have lake view. Trees are grown big which block the lake view. They serve good food but 750 rupees for non veg buffet in dinner is not that worth. Rooms are good and specious but they need maintenance badly. Bathtub or zaccuzi not in good condition. Switch boards are not working. I an giving 3* because of his high price charges which is not at all worth to spend so much. Intercom is not working, it is very difficult to contact reception. Rooms are far away from reception. I have gone through som recent reviews and checked with hotel before checked in. They have informed that negative reviews by their competitors but reality is hotel need maintenance. SPA is very good.

If your a nature lover, u must stay in this place. It's an amazing Scenic place which helps us. Staffs are really cooperative. Awesome support given by Mr Pavan for his remarkable assistance. We stayed there for a couple of nights in October, the view is serene and the staffs are courteous too. Compared to other properties here, they have one of the best view of the lake island. The property is impacted by 2yrs of lockdown, which is evident in their maintenance, yet cleanliness of the rooms, common areas and facilities were maintained well.

It was such an awesome stay, the price I paid was worth, the amenities were great, the staff were so kind and helpful at anytime. The buffet was great. I just can't wait to visit again ❤️

The property is good, but does not give value to your money. You have beautiful views of Banasura mountain range and the lake from some parts and the Amphitheatre. The property is not well maintained. Very less choice of vegetarian food and some authentic Kerala foods are served only on demand.

Far from the crowded places , this place has its serenity and tranquility in tact.... The property seems to have been built between water body and stone hills, completely immersed in nature , the layout is just like any serene natural habitat. Our rooms were just besides the water body which is the other side of a natural lake .... If you are staying in this place ,it is less likely that you would want to spend time outside this place .... Food was homely and good , options are not very elaborate like any regular restaurant but taste was good.... I would recommend this place as an ultimate holiday break .... Don't forget to get your ayurvedic spa/treatment , they have extremely effective spa treatments...

The rooms i felt like a normal hotel. It was not so perfect. I think it is not worth for 6000. As the view is not nice. All you can see it a dried lake with cows and kids playing foot ball or cricket. Thats the view there. But you can take a walk there which is nice. The swimming pool was a bit brown dunno why. And cigrette buds in it. The reception people are nice. We asked for towel 2-3 times and they did not provide us. With the amount you give you can stay in better resorts in wayanad. The view is useless. They had quite good foods for breakfast. The dosa they gave was a bit burned 😂

I Booked romantic Villa with Jacuzzi. I travelled with my Wife, my 9 months old daughter and my pet Bolt. The view from the villa was breathtaking, It is a spacious Room, large bathroom and large balcony. All you need to do is enjoy jacuzzi with awesome view. Staff was polite and always ready to help. Jyotsna from reception was very helpful during our stay and thanks to Nikel he is also very helpful during our stay. They need to improve there kitchen as the food was average but breakfast was good.

I recently visited Silverwoods with my family including little kids and elderly parents. It was an amazing experience, by all means. The location, hospitality, facilities, rooms, food etc were superb. Their pool was our favourite part for the two days we stayed there. In short, I will say Silverwoods is the best resort in Wayanad I have ever been to.

One of the best resort I have seen till now. You will need at a day to explore the resort itself. The views are mesmerizing and beautiful which we were getting from our room and there is a small waterfall also inside it which actually makes it more beautiful. Very special thanks to all the staffs and Pawan for their generous support and help which really makes the stay memorable.

Our family had a blast at Silverwoods Resort! It's just perfect for families – our rooms were big, kids were too happy, and the staff were very helpful. Our vacation was awesome, and this is the best resort in Wayanad.

The rooms were spacious,clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amnesties were great. The front office and housekeeping were very helpful. I have really enjoyed it. It was a good experience. I will visit again.

The stay and the location was amazing with the view of the lake if you choose the lake view accommodation. The food was decent , they need to improve on that aspect. The spa service was although great specially due to Jayesh & team who is amazing with his work.

I visited on June 18th...The overall stay was OK. We booked the basic room. The view was not that great as there is less water in Banasura. The resort is a bit old. Other than banasure view, there is nothing much to do in the resort. Rooms are not upto 4* standard. Food is good, but on the very expensive side. Pool is small. The ambience is fine, you can hear sounds of birds. Rooms are below average. An okayish kind of stay. No much activities are there. Poor service. Even after paid money for an extra bed, it was not arranged.

Visited for the first time had wonderful time with very good hospitality. Amazing view with nature and facilities. Mr Ullas, Resort manager was very friendly and food was very delicious. What missed only thing I didn't get chilled beer 😔 Overall value for the money and would love to visit the place often with family and friends.

Food was very good. Romantic villa was serene and tranquil, staffs are good. But there were no pottery and fish spa in the month of feb 2023. I would love to visit again for their very good hospitality. Excellent food from excellent chef. Indoor games were good too.

We had an excellent staying experience in the resort for 4 days. All staff members were very helpful. A special mention must be made about our dining experience. The chief chef was very much helpful in providing us with appropriate best dishes. Overall, i highly recommend this resort for a serene stay and enjoyment . The location is also very convenient. I wish best for the staff and management team of the resort.

We had booked a normal executive room, however, Pavan, the receptionist, gave us a free upgrade to a romantic villa and the room and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Although we had plans for the day, we didn't want to leave the room and the resort. The staffs are very co-operative. Overall, it was a very peaceful and wonderful stay.

The Resort is located at a very beautiful hilly area. Very closevto nature, peaceful. However, it is about 3 hours ride away from the nearest airport. It is situated quite far from the city. So, for those who comes for the nature and the peaceful environment, this is a GREAT place to be at. Staff are very accommodating. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay

Value for money! We checked-in as a group and enjoyed well, no need to go out and visit anything special other than this amazing resort located next to water body and forest. Rooms were extremely admirable with luxurious beds and bath tubs. Pool is clean and almost all time available. Food is good with lot of varieties.it is buffet so you have everything from starters to deserts for veg/ non-veg folks. Only thing to improve is that check-in and check-out time with some extra hours rather 2PM to 11AM constraint. Resort staff Mr.Arvin and Pavan are very much helpful on our requests. Overall we had a wonderful time with team.Thanks for the good hospitality.

The view from the Romantic Villa was excellent. the room and the bathroom were very spacious. The pool was nice. The property premises are good too. However they must spend on the maintenance (wooden balcony & the floor tiles were damaged, and the Jacuzzi in the balcony was no more a Jacuzzi). Food was ok, not great. You may not get the parking near to the rooms and we had to wait for 1hr to get the internal van service to pick our luggage from the villa to the reception. Overall it was a decent stay but its not worth the money(Especially the Romantic Villa)
