There are two rooms each for the art gallery and museum. The ticket was priced atRs.10 per person. The Krishna Menon museum displays the life, awards, belongings, gifts and the important documents related to the former defence minister. The art museum was amazing and had some of the famous artworks of Raja Ravi Verma. The art gallery showcased all types of art forms from Bengal art to abstract art. A must visit place in kozikhode

This is on the premises of Pazhassi Raja Archeological Museum in East Hill of Calicut. The belongings of V.K Krishna Menon who was India's defence minister are kept on display. His famous speech in the UN which lasted for 8 hours and had made history is being played in loops all the time. His pen, shoes, dresses, the cot, chair, gifts received from different countries and organizations are on display. But some of the things are getting spoiled - maybe the humidity and other factors are contributing to the damage. Government should do something to preserve the items in a better method. Worth the visit. The Raja Ravi Varma museum was partly closed due to renovations. Could see only few of his paintings which are not the best ones of the great painter.

This museum is behind Pazhassiraja ASI museum in the same complex. Very small museum having the personal effects of late Sh. V. K. Krishna Menon, India's defence minister during PM Indira Gandhi's tenure. The entry is Rs. 10/- per person. The time required in the museum is 10 to 20 min. It highlights the type of compliments received and the style of those times. A must visit for the present generation to get a hindsight into the bygone times.

I was visited here on 15/05/2023. At that time, the visitors are restricted due to renovation work. They said that after 1 month it will be open to public. It is inside the pazhassiraja's museum. No need to take separate ticket to enter art gallery. There is also a butterfly garden is arranged near to art gallery. But doesn't see enough butterflies there( only few are flying there).
